Cannot believe this place or the Pizza Hut organization as a whole… complete FAIL on all fronts. Placed an order on the app. App notified me that the delivery was going to be completed by DoorDash as they were short on drivers. Cool. 20 minutes past my anticipated delivery time, my poor DoorDash driver contacts me to let me know she’s been in a car crash. Tried contacting the store, only to be directed through to corporate customer service when no one would answer. I tried on multiple occasions to reach anyone at the corporate service number who could help me, only to be redirected back to the store… At which point no one would answer in my call would be disconnected. It is now nearly an hour after my anticipated delivery time… I have yet to speak with anyone… I have yet to ascertain what is going to happen with my order… In the meantime, have made it completely separate meal for my family who is starving… Any response Pizza Hut???? Does this get you attention? Check my order history… We are long-standing customers. You’ve just lost us. Prayers to my DoorDash driver for being the only one to communicate with me in this situation.

fast hot food and all the delivery drivers are amazing HOWEVER just curious; this is the THIRD time ive selected the basil pesto swirl as a topping, and this is the THIRD time in a row it hasn't been on my pizza :( i get if the store is out or they don't have it anymore but if so, why make it an option? shame cause i really love it. but ive learned my lesson this time and just wont add it next time.

We order from this store every Wednesday. Tonight (10/29/25) we ordered like we always do. A lot of time passed by and our food never came. We called and the lady told us she canceled our order because she didn't have breadsticks. We told her we didn't care about that, we didn't need them. She said we'll im not supposed to be here and I was busy.

Ordered a few pizzas about a hour ago. They show up and one looks absolutely mangled. Tried calling the store only to be left on the counter or something. Called again and got hung up on 3 times. How is this Even acceptable? Who thought sending this out was gonn fly? Service was horrible because it was non-existent. Just horrible!!

I ordered two large pizzas, extra sauce and some bogo wings. BOTH of my pizzas came with NO SAUCE! I mean NONE! Unbelievable right?! I have the pictures to prove it! And it was the worse bite I ever had. My wings were dry, cold, & old. Brianna was somewhat helpful when I was FINALLY able to get through to the store after the 5th time calling, by calling the call center. But she did not apologize ONCE! Tried to say they’d deliver it if WE PAY THE DELIVERY FEE. No! Bring us our food y’all messed up or ill pick up new pizza and want a refund! Like it was our fault. I’ll never order here again!

Ordered a pizza for delivery right receipt way wrong pizza. Contacted the super nice delivery person he offered to make it right. Due to the time I just wished to cancel...he offered store credit is was ummm no refund my card. If my pizza was wrong that means someone's other pizza was wrong. I tried...based on reviews I should have used better judgment. Refund my card pizza hut!!!
