Ordered a pizza for delivery right receipt way wrong pizza. Contacted the super nice delivery person he offered to make it right. Due to the time I just wished to cancel...he offered store credit is was ummm no refund my card. If my pizza was wrong that means someone's other pizza was wrong. I tried...based on reviews I should have used better judgment. Refund my card pizza hut!!!
They are rude at the one on Jonesboro Road. I appreciate the good customer service.

Waited for like 5 minutes while the lady just sat there and acted like she was to busy to give me my pizza I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Then I get my pizza and it’s cold anyway because again it had been ready. So unprofessional and rude. Not to mention I was literally the only one there

This place is so hit or miss it's unreal. You might get the wing you ordered, orrrr you might burn your tongue to cinders bc they sauced them wrong. Your food might be delivered on time, orrr maybe it won't come at all. Who really knows?

Please don’t look at the overall rating and think you won’t get quality service from this establishment. Management is very friendly and professional. The quality of the pizza was great and they were very helpful when a mistake was made on my order. Best Pizza Hut in McDonough!!!

Got my pizza with a pen cap in the box who know how many times that pen cap hit the floor. Really don't even want pizza from here again!!
Ordered off of Postmates, and received A VERY HARD MELT, and old boneless wings!!! I wouldn’t serve a dog what was delivered to me! Waste of money!

This place is totally unacceptable. Order a pizza online and pay and email confirms its ready. Get to the store and they didn't have it ready and didn'teven rexall the name. The girl asked me what i had ordered then asked me if I could wait 15 minutes. I asked to be refunded and they tell me it could take 5-7 business days. Who ever owns or runs this place needs to be there to straighten this place out. It was so nasty inside. There were 2 other customers upset standing around waiting and rolling their eyes. This is not the 1st bad experience with this location. It wouldn't allow to post until I picked a star. They didn't even deserve 1 star.

Location: Hwy 81 Georgia I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and green olives. I received a call (thank you for calling) from pizza hut indicating that they did not have any green peppers and did I still want the pizza. Yeah, go ahead. I asked about the green olives and was told that Pizza Hut did not offer green olives despite it being an option. The pizza's were "dry," they had very little sauce, nonetheless, extra sauce. We were hungry and did not feel like driving back to the restaurant. I will either order from a different location next time or go somewhere else.
