Please don’t look at the overall rating and think you won’t get quality service from this establishment. Management is very friendly and professional. The quality of the pizza was great and they were very helpful when a mistake was made on my order. Best Pizza Hut in McDonough!!!

This place is totally unacceptable. Order a pizza online and pay and email confirms its ready. Get to the store and they didn't have it ready and didn'teven rexall the name. The girl asked me what i had ordered then asked me if I could wait 15 minutes. I asked to be refunded and they tell me it could take 5-7 business days. Who ever owns or runs this place needs to be there to straighten this place out. It was so nasty inside. There were 2 other customers upset standing around waiting and rolling their eyes. This is not the 1st bad experience with this location. It wouldn't allow to post until I picked a star. They didn't even deserve 1 star.

Location: Hwy 81 Georgia I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and green olives. I received a call (thank you for calling) from pizza hut indicating that they did not have any green peppers and did I still want the pizza. Yeah, go ahead. I asked about the green olives and was told that Pizza Hut did not offer green olives despite it being an option. The pizza's were "dry," they had very little sauce, nonetheless, extra sauce. We were hungry and did not feel like driving back to the restaurant. I will either order from a different location next time or go somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza, mozzarella sticks and extra marinara sauce for the sticks. I received a pizza, sauce and french fries. My confirmation email shows sticks however delivery receipt shows I ordered fries. Someone had to manually change my order. Upon contacting customer service I was told the location manager would be in contact. Crickets...Contacted customer service again and told them no response from manager. Was told someone would contact me. 3 months later and still crickets...it's only a $7 issue but geez, how did sticks turn to fries, with marinara sauce?
This location is very hit or miss, it really depends on the staff. My order is rarely accurate. BUT when it is accurate, it's all good. About a 50/50 chance it will be fresh AND accurate.

The worst experience of my life !!!! The manager needs to be fired like yesterday. I have never been so disrespected and not valued as a customer. This was the Pizza Hut in McDonough ga off of 81 about 5 minutes from my house. I didn't receive a whole pizza for over 3 hours!!!!

I have always received a dry pizza from this location with little to no sauce on it for years. Yesterday I figured I’d try them again since I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut’s food all my life. I ordered extra sauce on a medium pizza and was there to pick it up right out of the oven. Once I got home and took the first bite there was “NO” sauce on it at all. I even lifted the toppings to view the bottom and it was ridiculous since the receipt also said extra sauce that I paid for. To the garbage can it went and the $19 spent was wasted yet again on an infamous Ola Pizza Hut dry pizza. I will never waste my time or hard earned money at this location again.
