I haven’t had Pizza Hut in about 6-7 years because they closed the ones on my side of town down. I moved to the McDonough area and I found this Pizza Hut and decided to give it a try. I placed my order online and when I went to pick up , the young lady that was in the front saw me and still walked away. I had to wait for her to finish up whatever she was doing in the back before she even said hello. Once I received my pizza, I asked for the grated cheese and red pepper packets. I was told that I would have to use the shakers that are in the store or I would have to purchase those packets. I have never across any pizza chain been charged for grated cheese packets or red crushed peppers. I wonder is this normal and if so, then you need to bring down the price of the pizza because like I told the young lady, why would I use your shakers especially if everyone that is eating the pizza doesn’t like the cheese or crushed red pepper? They need to do better about that and with me not having Pizza Hut in a while I guarantee it won’t hurt me not to come back.

Ive been seeing alot of 5 star reviews from people that seem to be connected with the manager so this is just to reassure anyone looking forward to this pizza hut location. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION theres a reason their understaffed… imagine if your business continuously had to give refunds all the time… im sure you wouldnt be able to get staff either. oh yea also im sure they could afford hair nets i cant wait til one of my family members get sick from this location just to assure NOBODY EVER has to eat hair due to a no good manager. thanks for reading ms manager

Every time I place a delivery order I can count on something to be missing. This particular I asked for notes to be added that the delivery driver doesn’t forget anything and I’m still missing the wings. I don’t understand how this continues to happen but this is my last time ordering with them.

Everytime we call we talk to someone that doesn't understand English and we have to repeat our debt card numerous time then tell me is declined then repeat one more time it works my last order with pizza hut

I live close by so I just drove up there to see if I could pick it up but they were already on the way, The web page was said it was delivered and the call center couldn't really tell me anything but the people on staff came through.
