I ordered deliver at 9:15 pm and the tracker estimated the delivery would arrive at 10:05. I waited until 10:30 and started calling (they close at 11). No one ever picked up! It's all most midnight and my order still shows they're "working on it". I will never order from this location again. I wish I read the other reviews listed here first!!

Always short staffed, but the staff has always been pleasant and my food has been good
This is my go to Pizza Hut in our area. Our orders are always right and the food is always hot. The pan pizza actually taste like a pan pizza. Service has always been great even after management changes (which is hard to do). I will definitely be back soon!

Like another person, from pizza hut's app we ordered a large pizza and wings for delivery. We NEVER order delivery but really needed to that day. I was tracking delivery, as we are only a few minutes from the restaurant. Next thing I know I get a notification that our order has been delivered. We were watching and never saw a vehicle even come up our street. I checked with neighbors; no delivery there. Called and called and called store before someone answered. Talked to a really nice young man who said DoorDash driver (PH used third party delivery, not our choice) stole our order. They said they would refund us. Nothing. I've called customer service multiple times. Keep being told I would get a refund. 3 weeks later, still no refund. So I basically paid $30+ for food that wasn't delivered. Someone else got a meal they didn't buy, plus they were paid to steal it AND got a tip for it. Pizza Hut is quick to take my money but won't return for a service that wasn't provided. I will never get Pizza Hut again nor order delivery.
