My family and I could smell the coffee from outside and decided to stop in to try something new. Unfortunately, we were greeted with terrible customer service — no smiles, no greeting, and a dismissive attitude toward our presence. We all decided to leave. That’s four potential sales lost today.
In times like these, when so many people are furloughed or working hard to keep their jobs, it’s disappointing to see employees choose to work without pride or basic customer courtesy. We won’t be back.

Coffee was okay, as colored people the atmosphere didnt seem inviting at all. I smiled at the cashier girl and got nothing back. Definitely a bummer. It also was unfortunate how they didnt serve breakfast toasts on weekends. I understand it’s probably out of their control but, why??

This is my favorite coffee spot in McDonough. It's cozy, cute, spacious, clean, friendly staff and a great place to people watch ( not in a negative way), bond with nature, remotely work with great coffee options.

Their coffee is really good ! But unfortunately the service wasn’t that great. I came up to the register and the entire crew backs were turned and they were just talking and not paying attention to us. No one cared to say hey you have a customer so she can turn around and acknowledge us but they stayed talking to one another and it didn’t feel good 😕 this was our first time coming here and I think the customer service could be a little better. Overall the coffee is good and the little house it’s in is so cute !
