Came on a busy holiday and they were not rushing! They let me try the coffee before buying even with a long line behind me. I’ve traveled the world and gone to many coffee shops and the service was top tier, and the coffee is so smooth! ❤️

I give this place 2 stars because I felt like they were really trying. Unfortunately none of us enjoyed our coffees. I don't know if it was burned or the beans, but we did not enjoy this at all.

Their coffee is GOOD, excellent even, great quality tasting beans; this is real coffee. As a barista myself, I can say this is the only place in the McDonough/Stockbridge area I will get coffee regularly from, I refuse any other cafe or chain. Delicious pastries and they serve egg bites and waffles on Saturdays. Nice folks.

The matcha they have now is awful and low grade! Nothing about it is ceremonial! Even the color was terrible. If you are a true matcha lover this is not the one.

If you ask for light ice in your drinks when it’s freezing cold outside, they’ll hand you a drink that’s half empty. One of the older white female baristas is a Karen, she might be the owner. She kept staring at me without smiling or greeting me while I was in line and ordering my coffee. I wanted this to be my go to coffee shop but it’s a weird vibe due to these cheap and unpleasant things they do. They don’t even add eggs to any of their breakfast sandwiches.

Extremely poor customer service. They make simple requests sound like a major inconvenience. We go to big and small coffee shops all the time and we’ve never had this kind of treatment before. A simple request of 2 shots of espresso over ice, and a plain piece of sourdough toast MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. Not kid friendly and definitely not a friendly or welcoming atmosphere. If I wanted bad service and bad attitudes I would’ve went to Dunkin or Starbucks.

Very good customer service, pleasant & professional. The cashier understands the coffee business, both product and the Queen Bee store operations.
Our only food product was coffee, and I enjoyed it. Have had a bit better, but not in many places for the price.
I am confident that the beans will prove to be as good as advertised. Everything else is, even the coffee was smooth and satisfying.

Coffee is good but I stopped going here for two reasons.
Reason #1 - The team working here would just assume you go away instead of trying to build a relationship with a consistent patron. Never a hello, never a thank you, never a sign that my business is actually appreciated. That’s fine, I’ll go elsewhere.
Reason #2 - They haven’t held a DPH score with an A rating in nearly 2 years. So there is zero commitment to sanitation standards by this team.
Not caring about your patrons and not caring about sanitation is a recipe for disaster.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered a cold brew with caramel and vanilla. The taste was amazing! Barista said it was a house blend. Ordered avocado toast and chocolate chip cookie. Cookie was good. Toast was average. I also bought single serve pouches, watermelon lemonade and coffee, to be reviewed later. When I visit McDonough again I will be going back

My family and I could smell the coffee from outside and decided to stop in to try something new. Unfortunately, we were greeted with terrible customer service — no smiles, no greeting, and a dismissive attitude toward our presence. We all decided to leave. That’s four potential sales lost today. In times like these, when so many people are furloughed or working hard to keep their jobs, it’s disappointing to see employees choose to work without pride or basic customer courtesy. We won’t be back. Date/Time: 10/25/2025 8:30 p.m
