Mr Rodney had Superd customer service. He provided honesty and options. Belinda my servant was extremely pleasant and patience. Red lobster is my favorite restaurant and i come every year for my birthday june 14th. I love yall. The food was AWESOME. Take best in 2026.

Me and my mother in law went here today, new years day. We just walked out after 30 minutes. We were told there were no crab legs, salmon, or Brussels. I decided to order the shrimp trio instead, settling. I wanted a loaded baked potato for my side and was then told there was no bacon. Our waitress walked off to ask her manager a question and after 15 minutes of not returning, we left $5 to cover a drink and we walked out. This is totally unacceptable. We got there at 2pm... I'm not sure how I see food place is out of half of the seafood they serve but for the price you guys charge, this is unacceptable.

They said it would be a 35 minute wait that was ok we only waited 23minutes. Our server Gail was EXCELLENT we never had to ask another server where she was whatever we asked for she was ready and never had to go back and get something. The food was EXCELLENT also the manager also had a VERY NICE ATTITUDE the restroom was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

My husband and I stopped by Red Lobster in McDonough Ga. today, we were greeted very nicely by three young ladies and a young man sitting close by, one of the young ladies told us it will be up to a 10 minute wait and we agreed it is okay, I went to the restroom to wash my hands and OH MY it SMELLED SOOOOO so BAD 1 of the toilets was clearly stopped up, I told my husband about it and by that time a party of 2 was leaving, all 3 ladies went over to clean 1 table for a party of 2, we decided to walk out, we walked out because management and staff did not bother to check and clean the restroom while waiting to be seated with 4 staff members sitting around doing nothing. Red Lobster does not deserve our money, we haven't been to this restaurant in over two years and now I see why, please do better.

All I wanted was a chicken salad,,,,, after waiting for a while, I receive shrimp!!! If we ordered a seafood boil, why are we asking for utensils,, chicken tenders and fries shouldn’t take so long,,, still waiting on the salmon smhhhhh lol didn’t even get a refill. Joseph our waiter wasn’t bad, the business was just slow.

Their energy is always high, positive, and contagious, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. My gf and I had dinner tonight at the Red Lobster in McDonough. It was outstanding. Kia was quick to bring us the freshest cheddar bay biscuits. The lobster tail and shrimp were great. Byron even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back for my birthday in January
