Well I went for my birthday and the first table we were at the air conditioner was pointed directly at us way too cold, 10 minutes after being there the server came we had to witch tables. The it took another 30 minutes to get appetizers i had to ask where is my drink after 10 minutes into the appetizers. The food came it was like they spilled black pepper all over the sea food boil will never get that again. Ask for another drink with sugar it took 25 minutes to get to the table after my meal was finished and it came with salt not sugar, I told the server i ask for sugar he took it back with an attitude after him bringing it back with sugar and loads of salt inside the glass I showed him and said I don't want it was the worst experience I've ever had at red lobster and on my birthday i was very saddened with everything

Her attention to details, offering excellent food recommendations and her table check-ins were perfectly timed. Sherell's professionalism and genuine kindness truly made our visit special. Jermaine and the other members of the leadership team at Red Lobster, McDonough are lucky to have such an asset on their team.

While visiting from out of town, we stopped at Red Lobster - McDonough before heading home. The food was great and so was the service. Sherell was our amazing server aaannnddd the fact that she's a fellow NY'er made the experience that much better. Unfortunately, trying to made it to the airport on time we didn't have time to speak with Manager - Jermaine but I hope he sees this review. Red Lobster - McDonough is on my list of places to eat when I return....for sure.

On Friday, my girlfriends and I got together to celebrate a birthday and Red Lobster was the restaurant choice. To our surprise, our party of 6 was sat immediately! While looking over the menu, our waitress Sherell, was very friendly, attentive and informative on some of the recent menu updates. Both the appetizers and food came out hot and delicious and Sherell kept our drink refills flowing. I haven’t always had a great dining experience at RL but if Sherell could be my server every time…I’d be a recurring customer again. I hope the manager, Jermaine knows how much of a gem Sherell is!

The other day i stopped by for lunch, hungry as ever might i add. Telieah, who took care of my to-go order was absolutely amazing and friendly. I was on my work lunch break and had to stop by here. She made sure she got my complete order right, had extra napkins in my bag as well. As a messy eater i appreciated it. The manager on duty i believe, Jermaine, was a sweetheart as well. Miss Telieah should be the reason anyone should come back to this location.
Olivia was my server :) I had a great a time here my food was nasty but it was my own fault I tried something new. Jermaine manager was such a good help on sorting that out. I will be back to try something else and I hope I have Olivia as a server again.
