My waitress Alycia was AMAZING! She didn't hoover over the table but paid close attention. The Manager was cool as well. He was really concerned about our thoughts, concerns, complaints and compliments. Thou the food came out separately, some unseasoned and cold, they made rt with the situation. Handling a very stressful situation with a smile and positive energy.

I prefer not coming to this red lobster never ever again me and my family went out to eat and our meal together was $90 which very reasonable but what made me mad was that I had ordered my grandma something to eat which was just fish and the two sides mac & cheese and a loaded potato I never asked the server to put bacon on top of the mac and cheese and the damn fish was hard like very hard and that cost $31 like I didn’t even ask for a drink so there is no way that, that trash food should of been $31 and plus when my grandma took out her plate she didn’t have a loaded potato it was just a damn potato the potato wasn’t even cut I didn’t get to take a picture I was just so mad and also my aunt she called them about the order the girl who answered the phone was so disrespectful and had a attitude and hung up the phone while my aunt was still telling her about the order but anyways I do not recommend coming here if you take something to go please check your food before you leave. and our server was so nice but she messed up the order especially the one to go but it’s okay because I won’t ever be coming back here.

Food was as to be expected at a red lobster. We did an online reservation and was seated promptly by the friendly host. The server was helpful and kind. Service was a little slow but she was fine. The restaurant however was trashed. Bathroom was a mess. Many un bussed tables all about the restaurant. They were clearly understaffed since there were so many empty tables with a waiting room full of people.

Everyone was friendly but I don’t need to go back any time soon.

Kid-friendliness: I had 4 kids and they accommodated us well.

Terrible. Ordered the crab legs in butter garlic. Crab leg cracker was haphazardly thrown in the plate full of melted butter and tons of garlic. Crab was overcooked and rubbery. Biscuits were room temp. We never received a refill on our drinks which was absurd being that there were only 2 other tables of customers. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Red Lobster. Will not be going ever again.

Horrible experience! Ordered delivery and I ended up missing several food items, and the food I did receive was not fresh. The manager wanted pictures, which I submitted, and claimed he never received them. Here it is 3 days has went by, and still no type of resolution from this manager. I have yet to hear anything. Corporate must be a joke too! This is the last time I will spend money at this location. The food quality has went down a lot too! I can see why so many locations are closing! Red Lobster used to be my favorite restaurant! 😡

The food tasted like garbage. I want to vomit. I ordered fish, lobster mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, Pepsi, brown, cheddar biscuits. All horrible and cold but the soda. I had it Door Dashed, I wish I was in person so I could tell the chef. No time in preparation was given. I will never eat here again.

The restaurant was not too busy and we enjoyed a nice quick meal this visit. Those Cheddar Bay Biscuits are addictive.

Highly disappointed! Save your time and A LOT of money and go to another establishment nearby. Definitely not the same red lobster I grow up going too. The food, staff and atmosphere is mediocre at best. Food was cold and old looking. I like paying $40+ for baby lobsters and 4oz steaks, or full price for lunch portions at 8pm. Then be my guest. I should’ve went across the street to WackDonald’s instead.

Sadly the food wasn’t good at all. Been coming here for years and if the food is now going by down hill they need to get it together quick or they will loose business. The blue cheese dressing is no longer that of the good kind, bit the one you get from the grocery store. Salad tasted like it came right out of the refrigerator. The shrimp scampi didn’t taste fresh. The biscuits were oddly shaped and some didn’t have garlic in them. Didn’t enjoy my meal at all . The waitress was attentive but that the food wasn’t worth it at all. Please do better before they close this restaurant too!

Horrible! 12-27-24 Samone waitress/Bartender female was awful,rude and called herself being slick waited on our table. Within 5-7 minutes of being seated in her section we requested a manager to report her. She said she would get the Manager but never did. People came after us and were served ,ate and left, and we never received food nor did the Manager ever speak with us while we were at our table. I did place a call to the Corporate Office while I was still sitting in the restaurant. Finally, we decided to leave but not until I got up and went to get the Manager myself. The Manager stated in the presence of Samone that he was never told we wanted to speak to him. I also stated in the presence of Samone that I had requested his presence within less than 10 minutes of being seated. Samone had nothing to say. The Manager, Jermaine was very nice and apologized. Samone should not have come to work with that attitude.
Life will teach her how to treat people because we all reap what we sow.

1-1-25: The details regarding location are noted in my initial complaint as well as the red lobster response. Some details were given in the initial complaint but to further explain: Simone was snappy, and had a very rude tone when she was asked a question regarding the menu choices by my Mother. Simone rudly tapped on the menu and stated in an unprofessional tone that " this is this and that is that" at which point we requested a manager and according to the he manager as previously stated, he was NEVER notified by Simone that he was requested by our table. Simone proceeded to bring out the table next to ours their food before ours and we were there approximately 20 minutes prior to them being seated next to us. Our order was nothing but simple fried and scampi shrimp and salads with baked potatoes. She then intentionally bought their food to us and sat in down for us to eat prior to our telling her this wasn't our order.
The food delivery came approximately 40 minutes after we sat down however, it wasn't our order. We never received our order. At that point I got up to go get the Manager myself. Again, the Manager stated in Simone's presence that he was NEVER NOTIFIED of the request to converse with him concerning the poor customer service. I don't know what further details you need at this point.

I was so excited to go to Red Lobster this Sunday evening12/15. The appetizer was hot (mozzarella sticks) and my drink was ok. I got a holiday wine something. Our server was really nice I don’t recall her name but she was great. I got the ultimate feast and I’m about to dig in. I look down at my seat and it’s a roach crawling in our booth. I was so upset after I lost my you know what. Our server gets the manager and he says that they have the restaurant sprayed weekly for whatever and he’ll give us a discount on our check. The discount was $20 😒. To conclude, I will not be at this location again.

I was a part of a small group and it took a while for our meals to come out. Meanwhile we were hungry and watching other who arrived after be served and leave. Moving on, once served everyone thought the food was much improved over previous dining experiences. I had the salmon bowl, it was delicious. Lobster dip was great as well as the seafood stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops. My friend had lobster , shrimp and salmon with a sauce and said it was delicious. Kudos to the new ND much improved menu as well as the cooks.
Everyone enjoyed the meal.

Visited this located on 12/16/2024 upon entering the hostess told my party and I to give him a minute as he proceeded to wipe down tables. We stood for another 8 mins or so. He can back over in which we stated that we wanted to sit at the bar; upon reaching the bar there was still bowls, plates, glasses on the bar area from a previous patron. We had to wait until the bartender cleaned that up and then we sat; keep in mind it was maybe six total customers present not including me and my two guests. One of the persons I was with got there water in which it was a bug in the water we alerted the bartender without making a scene only for her response to be are you sure it's not a seed? Uh no seeds don't have legs sweetheart. We got the food which was a miss, shrimp did not seem to be cooked all the way through. To add insult to an already horrible visit the bartender at one point walked away from the bar went outside and talked on her pink phone smh. Needless, to say I will not return and to not have had Red Lobster in so long it was a reminder as to why I won't have it again at least not at this location.

Despite having a reservation, I still had to wait 25 minutes while people with no reservations who came in after me were seated. The food was slow to arrive and the texture was rubbery. Everything was overcooked but still cold by the time it reached my table. Last trip to a failing red lobster.

Never again...
I haven't eaten here in a long while mainly because the quality of the food has gone down more in recent years but they sent me an offer and I decide ok I'll try something new that they have. Placed my order online for delivery and what I received was not exactly what I ordered AND I was missing items that they could have called OR texted me that they were out of but instead they let it go out and was still charging me for EVERYTHING. So now I have to make a trip to the restaurant and the girl was just so nonchalant and unconcerning but took the receipt that was attached to the bag walk away came back and told me ok your money will be refunded but did not give me anything showing that until I said I need to see something and this is what I received. The food itself the fish was dry as all get out not to mention I ordered it with the lemon basil sauce but all they gave me was melted butter and no bacon wrapped scallops. I should have just went with my gut not wanting this place anymore but I learned and never again. They need to regroup, redecorate, reorganize like all that or just shut it down because this location used to be one of the best now its the worst.
