Customer service at Sams is nonexistent. Purchased a $75 gift card before Christmas there and gave it as a gift. Was contacted by the friend I had given it to that they could not use it due toot being activated. Fairly embarrassing but I got cards back, gave my friend the money to cover their meal and tried to take back to Sams and get cards activated or replaced. After waiting in line 30 minutes, talking to 2 different people in Customer Service they not only refused to make it right but implied that I was trying to scam them over a pack of gift cards! They should take Customer service off their wall in that store because as a customer, they don’t care if you shop there or not.

Love the fact that I can do pick up but the employees to learn some cars has a push button to close the trunk, so there is no need to slam the trunk.

I have recently visited this location and was very disappointed in the sanitation practices. Considering the current situation with Covid-19 I have a high expectation for cleanliness in this high volume club. The family restroom was filthy, especially the floor and door. I also expected to find some sanitizer or wipes near the pay terminals. I asked an employee that was in charge of that area for something, and he told me that none was available. Please get it together.

on three occasions , this exact Sam's club has screw up my two daughters birthdays with cakes that we so messed it that we didnt even bring one to the party. . we just threw it away. they have been no help fixing the problem when we ask them for help. . . we giving the traditional " screw off" costumer service

This store is what makes people shop online! I go in and there were no buggies available up front. They had more self check outs opened but you can’t purchase alcohol through them because it’s freezing up the system. Of course, there were no signs up for it. The employee came over and told me and said she’d have to restart the system. I asked if she could just remove the bottle of wine? She couldn’t. She told me to go to one of the regular check outs (that had a long line).
