Ice cream was god and chocolate milkshake great. Appeared to have a load of teens in training so I will give them a slide on service. Was very busy but as I have been a soda jerk in a earlier life I can cut them a little slack.

We love stopping by Scoops when walking around the Square. The staff are always friendly, service is quick even with long lines, and the outdoor rockers give it a fun nostalgic vibe. I just wish there were more non-dairy options for my daughter’s allergy, but the sorbets are still a treat and keep us coming back.

Very good ice cream. The cookie monster one does stain your mouth, fingers, lips, and tongue and can get really messy with a cone 😭.

This week was our first time at Scoops in McDonough. My husband and I took our daughter and she loved it. The place was clean and organized and we loved all the candy. My daughter really enjoyed her ice cream and he ready to go back.
This place is delicious!!!! I will definitely be back!! You won’t be disappointed.

I normally take my kids here and we enjoy the atmosphere and the ice cream. Tonight I went in and ordered the only flavor I get from scoops, pralines and cream. I noticed that it was melted and asked if there was more available because it looked more milkshakish. I was told no, and that this particular flavor is known to be loose, which wasn’t true because this my favorite flavor. It seemed like the associate had no interest in offering another flavor or a solution, even after I called out that it had never been this watery before.
I hadn’t even made it out of the store before the ice cream started melting. Sad to say it was trashed.
