The staff was courteous, kind and super helpful. The food was amazing as usual, I couldn't decide so I got the Sampler Plate. First time I ever got it and it's my new favorite! There was so much food, Ribs, Tenders and BBQ chicken or pork plus 2 sides and toast. They also have some peach cobbler that's as good as Grandma's! I used to go to the original location in the late 90's and I gotta say this place has not lost it's touch or original flavor.

We were there during a busy time, but still received freshly made meals in a timely manner. Megan was very pleasant to deal with and we noticed she was a very hard worker. The food was magnificent, and we will be back!

I placed an order to go at 630 and requested pick up for 645. I showed up at 7pm to get my pickup- I showed up late to give them some grace- my order wasn’t even started yet. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened. I asked for double fries with my husbands boneless wing order and he only got a single order when it’s supposed to come with 2 sides. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and got buffque because that’s what my husband had. This location is going down hill.

Ordered on the app, checked in on the app. Noticed people weren't getting their orders very fast so was patient and waited 50 minutes before losing patience and calling the curbside number. Lady on the phone was rude and condescending, not even a minute later my cold food came to me and was given to me by a rude teen. later when complaining the owner blamed me and didnt take any accountability. This place has been consistently of bad quality for years.

I would highly recommend Shanes Rib Shack for any Event catering, or even just a meal. not only is the food amazing!! but the Owners and family and operators are all very good people and. so very helpful and polite and absolutely thankful for your business. oh and Did I mention how Amazing the food is!!!!

When I arrived to pick up my order; I was informed Shane’s was out of the Shack Potato and wanted to know if I wanted anything else, however nothing on my order had even been started. So you had my name and phone number, but waited for me to arrive to tell me you did not have what I ordered or started anything else. This is extremely POOR service. I will not be eating here any longer.

Would love to know why they are shutting down locations without any notice. Went in on Wednesday, then went back on Friday, and it was closed..no notice on the door, no nothing.
