The staff was courteous, kind and super helpful. The food was amazing as usual, I couldn't decide so I got the Sampler Plate. First time I ever got it and it's my new favorite! There was so much food, Ribs, Tenders and BBQ chicken or pork plus 2 sides and toast. They also have some peach cobbler that's as good as Grandma's! I used to go to the original location in the late 90's and I gotta say this place has not lost it's touch or original flavor.

I placed an order to go at 630 and requested pick up for 645. I showed up at 7pm to get my pickup- I showed up late to give them some grace- my order wasn’t even started yet. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened. I asked for double fries with my husbands boneless wing order and he only got a single order when it’s supposed to come with 2 sides. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and got buffque because that’s what my husband had. This location is going down hill.

I would highly recommend Shanes Rib Shack for any Event catering, or even just a meal. not only is the food amazing!! but the Owners and family and operators are all very good people and. so very helpful and polite and absolutely thankful for your business. oh and Did I mention how Amazing the food is!!!!

I placed a take out order. When I arrived to pick up my order; I was informed Shane’s was out of the Shack Potato and wanted to know if I wanted anything else, however nothing on my order had even been started. So you had my name and phone number, but waited for me to arrive to tell me you did not have what I ordered or started anything else. This is extremely POOR service. I will not be eating here any longer.

Would love to know why they are shutting down locations without any notice. Went in on Wednesday, then went back on Friday, and it was closed..no notice on the door, no nothing.

Do you want good quality food and great customer service for your hard earned money? Great, then don’t go here. Two teenage girls at the counter were not friendly and rude. The one taking my order messed it up. I told her I want 3 pork sandwich meals, only 2 came with fries. I go to get it fixed and she tells me they don’t have sides of fries, so I paid for a family fry which only had a handful in the box. She asked if I wanted the sandwiches toasted, to which I said yes, (Smothered pork sandwiches, that are supposed to come on a bun and supposed to come toasted), came on UNTOASTED WHITE BREAD. Which made it soggy and disgusting. Very rude and very unprofessional and the food was disgusting. The fries were undercooked and some were still frozen in the center, the tenders were dry and overcooked.
Edit to respond back to the owner: If you read my full review you should’ve seen it was take out, I wasn’t gonna sit there and taste the fries to ensure that they’re COOKED thoroughly. As for the sandwiches, the smothered pork COMES ON A BUN, so how did your kitchen staff mess that one up? I’m not gonna sit there and check simple sandwiches to ensure they’re made right when they weren’t special sandwiches. Fyi as for the “other than writing it online”, review are for your experience. This was mine.
This is now the second time my husband ordered food online for us to pick up. We get there park and he calls the number. They bring out what we thought was all of our food. We get home and find out we are missing one complete meal; which was the big dad sandwich; I didn't get my sides. Last time my husband got the two meat plate and was missing the chicken strips that he ordered. You need to do a better job ensuring that the order is complete.
