My wife got a sandwich. I got a pork salad.hers was good with a good portion my salad was nothing short of a disappointment. Big bowl little food. Hardly no pork, lettuce was extremely light not what I can get at another Sanes. Now I have to go home and fix me a dinner. The water cup is so small I had to make 6 trips to refill it. Not sure if we will come back. Lamar and Cheryl's store is usually better than this. We quit coming here for a while because of this same thing when Lamar and Cheryl are not on the premises. So sad because we love Shane's and this one is near our house. Heard others complaints while eating.

Ribs are pitiful! Dry and no flavor. Seemed to be under a heat lamp or something. Sides were spot on. Pulled pork is always good. Smoked wings were only decent. Nothing to write home about.
Overcharged me for the last time.. I go in one time and don't charge for tossed tenders and I go in again and they do. .and the girl up front lies about prices and charges me more a d I didn't get mine tossed...shane would be

I orlrder a few sides from this location today and they were horrible. The Mac & cheese was so mushy and tasted like it came out of a box. The baked beans were okay but something was off about the items from this location. I typically enjoy Shane's but this location just wasn't it today.

1st time I order a family meal from Shane’s at Hwy 20. It was the worst chicken tenders ever! Both the fried and the baked!! They were thick, hard and my kids could not chew them! The Mac and cheese was definitely out of a 1$ box!! Everything went in the trash!! I called them to complain and all they said, we’re sorry, you should have brought the food back!! Horrible!! They have definitely ruined Shane’s reputation!!
