I ordered a side of large okra and all the okra was stuck together. I also ordered a 10 piece half lemon peppere half teriyaki and all the sauce and wings was mixed together I also ordered 10 piece half honey bbq and half mild and got 10 mild no honey bbq. Then ordered half honey bbq and half lemon pepper and only got all honey bbq. There was so much sauce all the fries was soak n wet with sauce. I called the store and was asked to hold and after 10 min being on hold. I hung up we eat here all the time. Whoever served us with this food like this should be ashamed.

Wings did not come as ordered and was undercooked.Fried okra was not separated in deep fryer and was stuck together and was not cooked in the middle of the clump.The staff seemed unhappy being there. Very disappointing!!

I'm not even from GA but man o man dam near bit my fingers off. You heard me? Best ribs I ever had besides making them myself. Nice and courteous counter lady big smile on her face and you heard what I said about those ribs right? If you ever in McDonough you got to check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

God I miss southern BBQ. Ribs were amazing, hell everything was amazing. Took me back to a time and place where people understood what a smoker was and you didn't have to pay 15 dollars for avocado toast.
Food is usually great !! But on new years eve I feel I was racially refused service. I walked in and it was 7:50pm. There was a black gentleman ordering and paying for his food. The black girl behind the counter said they were closing at 8 since it was new years eve and he was the last customer. I said ok , happy new year and walked out to my truck . Called my wife while in the parking lot to decide on something else. I looked back at the door and I noticed a black man walked in who had just pulled into the parking lot. Yes , she took his order and I watched him pay. I thought maybe it was door dash or something. Then thought, why would he have paid ? Yes I am white . So it has to be racially driven. I don't want to believe that but there's no other answer to it that i can think of !!!! I'll probably still eat here because I realize it's not the owners fault. It's just the racist driven world we live in .
Terrible Service. Did not honor what was advertised for this particular store online. Ordered a family feast. Family feast comes with medium sides how are you supposed to share that as a family? Online stated that besides were large and it plays refused to honor that.

Ordered here(first time)got the Bbq Feast! The service was good, food is good but the price and portions NO! I paid $75 including the tip and had to stop elsewhere for extra food! Two large sides? Food came in to-go boxes, the side of fries that was supposed to be large didn’t even fill up to-go box portion and the okra was in a dang small bowl! What’s large about this??? Also ordered a large peach cobbler smh the website said a “tray” man this also came in a quart size bowl/cup! I’m beyond irritated to say the least due to the amount of money I’ve spent to still have to go elsewhere for more food! First impressions are everything and after this I doubt I’ll be back!

Accidentally went to the original building. That seemed better from the outside. The one my family was at was in a strip mall. It had sticky floors. Food was ok. Wife's gluten free food came out with bread (made sure they knew she was gluten free but the cashier didn't communicate it). Everything tasted like it was made and sitting in warmers.
