Ah yes, one of the big three smoothie places, Smoothie King, along with the others Tropical Smoothie and Planet Smoothie. This location to me doesn't stand out in particular as nothing special but it probably is a good spot for a quick snack.
Food: Got what was called Peanut Power Plus w/ chocolate, has a nice source of vitamins and energy to get you throughout your day and plus it's chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate ? A 20 oz costs about $7.55, not bad, but not pricey either.
Service: When entering inside, there were just a few customers and the person taking my order didn't feel all that emotional and didn't feel excited to greet me, I wanted to think about what I was gonna get but I felt the need to rush myself but that's just me.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice.. almost too nice, I want to give it 5 stars but only 4 stars for some sense of purpose. Besides that, there are chairs in the lobby for you to sit down and there is a mobile order section, also you get to see how the workers make your order so that's cool, okay byeeeee

I bypass GA 20 Smoothie King and I live down the street from it just to drive over here to Jonesboro Rd location. Their service and atmosphere makes all the difference. They greet you always when you come in, they are timely and efficient. I’ll make that drive anytime.

I came in here after a workout feeling amazing. And immediately was shown attitude from one of the employees that took my order. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted at the time she walked up and she appeared extremely frustrated. When I attempted to ask what the fruit options were she cut me off and answered again, with attitude & sighs of annoyance. I brushed it off thinking “okay, you know what, we all have bad days.. maybe this is one of hers” thinking in the couple of minutes it took to make the smoothie, she’d calm down and maybe you know, at least look me in my eye and say “here you go” ? Well nope, she basically slapped it on the counter, didn’t even look me in my eye or say here ya go, have a nice day ?? Or nothing. That type of interaction in my opinion is just rude, not necessary and just straight ugly. Not sure what she had going on at the time or what her secret vendetta against me was but definitely not the type of interaction I want to have fresh after a workout when I’m feeling amazing. I will not be returning here. Do better in teaching these employees some etiquette, common human decency and respect. Yuck.

They got rid of the Staff that was wonderful! Now they have this crackhead looking white girl with dirty clothes and the others do not know how to make the correct drinks! Heading to Tropical because nobody got time! I think the changes were done deliberately due to bad review at Eagles Landing location due to Staff nickel n dime customers during smoothie week promotions! Won’t be back at any location now!

It is always very clean and the smoothies are delicious; I ordered the same smoothie twice in 1day and they tasted exactly the same. The smoothies here are amazing, it’s right next to my gym so i stop by after my workout everyday and the service is always super fast and everyone who works there is so nice and patient with me while i look over their menu. love it here and will continue going all the time!
