Of all the smoothies I’ve ordered from this place this had to be the worse experience. Upon arrival I received no greeting. She made my smoothie and handed it to me with its contents dripping all over the side of the cup and she watched me try to clean it up with no assistance. To make matters worse my smoothie is disgust. Literally my last time ordering from this location.

My Vision is impaired so I gave the cashier my order receipt which I kept from another SK so I showed her and she got very rude,and told me I have to read it i told her my vision is impaired talking to me like im her child very disrespectful will go to another location in the future, just remember respect your elders !!

Best SMOOTHIE KING store in Henry County. The employees are always so welcoming and kind. They’re so patient and are always willing to help you if you’re indecisive. Shelly is so sweet and pleasant. I drive from Locust Grove to this location just because of the customer service and the product. Great people, great food and great service.

Fresh and great quality Açaí bowls. Every time I order they are on time as stated on my pick up estimated time which is very appreciated. The smoothies are great and love how diverse everything is & the options we have to mix and match. This location is great and always enjoy my açaí bowls.
I had a problem with an order and although it took some time to resolve, I appreciate the attention and kindness of the young lady handling my concern. I will definitely order from this location when I'm on that side of town.

I came in this location.Janiyah was the person serving me.I got absolutely no greeting. She greeted the man that came in after me.Then also made his item before she gave me mine. Then When she finished making my smoothie she just handed it to me and walked away.... She really needs some better customer service training! If she is there next time I come in I will go to My other one an exit up!

Ah yes, one of the big three smoothie places, Smoothie King, along with the others Tropical Smoothie and Planet Smoothie. This location to me doesn't stand out in particular as nothing special but it probably is a good spot for a quick snack.
Food: Got what was called Peanut Power Plus w/ chocolate, has a nice source of vitamins and energy to get you throughout your day and plus it's chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate ? A 20 oz costs about $7.55, not bad, but not pricey either.
Service: When entering inside, there were just a few customers and the person taking my order didn't feel all that emotional and didn't feel excited to greet me, I wanted to think about what I was gonna get but I felt the need to rush myself but that's just me.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice.. almost too nice, I want to give it 5 stars but only 4 stars for some sense of purpose. Besides that, there are chairs in the lobby for you to sit down and there is a mobile order section, also you get to see how the workers make your order so that's cool, okay byeeeee
