Sonic Drive-In

Although it’s a great location, Do not bother coming here late at night. The app never works for this location and you will spend between 20 to 30 minutes in line just to be told that they are out of ice cream or out of something. They also do not take Apple Pay. I’m tired of wasting time to drive up here, honestly, they need to hire people who have more experience working at night and really get it together because it’s been like this for years, I just go to the Stockbridge location for now on.

I was stranded on the property for several hours and wasn't even offered a drink of water or use of power to charge my phone to get help or a tow truck or food for my children and grandchild at all. No member of management offered anything complimentary due to my stalled vehicle that l had just purchased with 2 disabled children in my car they will never get my business again and l will be calling corporate as well they didn't know if l had money or anything

Got cheese sticks and a sprite and asked to make it dirty. Well my cheese sticks were over cooked and really hard and had no cheese in them. My sprite was straight lime had no coconut or sweet cream in it. Also was slow service. Won’t be coming back.

“Understaffed” and SLOWWW!! Waited nearly 30 mins for 2 slushies. I would’ve left but I paid online and didn’t want to leave empty handed. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we waited so long. Slushies tasted like the slushie base, no flavor.

I attempted to purchase the southwest crunch wrap a couple of weeks ago and they were out of queso, today they had all the ingredients but it was not good, I'm not sure if there was too much cheese sauce and only about 4 crunchies or what, but it was not tasty. I also had cheddar poppers, they were alright but I won't be buying either again. The service was just alright

I’ve been here once before and thought the service and food was good but today 10/2/24 the service was terrible I waited 45 plus minutes for my food just for it be cold and half of it missing… definitely not coming back

I am sitting in the drive thru line as I write this review. This is my fist time here and maybe the second time trying sonic. I have been waiting in the drive thru line so long I decided to check the reviews and they ate not good. This is the longest I have ever waited at a fast food restaurant. A woman walked out at took my money and brought my drink and seriously contemplated just leaving, but I'll wait. The bad food reviews have already messed up my appetite, so I'm not expecting much. I have already made up my mind to never come here again on the wait alone. Haven't even seen the food yet. I wrote this entire review in line waiting and I'm still not at the window yet.

Ordered chicken strips and fries for my child and the food looks like someone's days old left overs re heated, chicken dry as chip and the crumbs of fries eww..The manager with attitude refunded my money, no apologies.
