Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a route 44 drink and they gave me a large. I said something and the lady argued with me and wouldn’t give me the right drink.

I just went to the drive-through and I asked for two supersonic burritos one with jalapeños one without jalapeños. The person has a drive-through told me they both come with jalapeños. I know this generation may be a little slow, but I said no ma’am I need one with jalapeños one without I get my food and both of the burritos have jalapeños in it now luckily my wife is not allergic, but these kids that they hire need to do better.

It's 9:15 and they are only taking pickups from Doordash and Uber eats. You would think that you would want business not run it away.

As I sit here waiting on my food ,waited over 45mims and just received my food it’s cold as hell smh they need to do better!! The sonic on Jonesboro road is morrow is by far the best location in Georgia

Never gets the order, always has to go to door for mobile order.

First time eating Sonic in years. Last I remember this was up there with Zaxby, but nah this down there with Checkers or even Kristal’s… which service sucks. How yall give me the complete wrong order when it’s slow. I know it had to be a bag just sitting there cause them fries was super cold. Should’ve known something was up when she gave me 2 drinks and was like “you can have the other one cause he made 2 by mistake”.. That’s my fault for not checking before I left but dang man. Will probably be another 4-5 years before I make another mistake to eat Sonic again.

I've been to this location twice this week and left both times without ordering. Tuesday I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I left. Today I went again, at 3pm. Myself and 2 other vehicles were waiting to order. The guy in front of me leaned out the window and said she said to hold a minute, I said ok. At 3:09 she had not taken his order. I pulled around and up to the window, a young man came to the window. I told him that three cars were waiting to order and no one is here, then came an older guy putting headphones on, the young man said something to the back and a young lady came out, the young man says do you want to drive around and place your order now? I said NO, I am leaving, this is the second time this week. Something else is going on in this restaurant!

Well, this will be my second time coming here for my teenager kids. This would not be a choice of mine to come to eat, but I’m making a review for those to know what they’re walking into I guess it’s ran by young folks and then not taking their job as seriously but they will have you waiting for order for like people two after you have order or they don’t have the communication skills to understand what you order cause I have ordered the very first order which is missing and this is literally the second time this has happened to me at this sonic. maybe I just the bad luck Dad for hour of the day shift. Maybe I don’t speak proper English, but I am from England.

How is the food ALWAYS cold , and then if you get it doordashed they ALWAYS forget the marinara sauce smh if this wasn’t the only sonic in McDonough I would not come here

This place is ridiculous, this is the only sonic in the country that I have seen that turns the pull in menus off because they only want people in drive thru for slow service.

Both meals were awful. Totally unacceptable the fries were burnt severely overcooked or/recooked rock hard brown toasted. The chicken tenders the same way. I was very disappointed and want my $25.00 back. I’ll think twice about eating Sonic again. I was expecting some hot fresh delicious food. Instead I received some trash. I wouldn’t serve this mess to a dog.

Good here is good specially that smash burger. And the staff is pretty friendly and cool. Definitely worth the stop

The food was raw all three meals, they rushed for no reason because we were their only customer. The cashier had an attitude. This is the worst place. No wonder why the location is hidden. This was such an embarrassment for the establishment. Management really need to do better.

Take 30 minutes to get your food. Half the bays don’t work. They have the most rude person working the drive through who obviously doesn’t care about customer service or her job. This establishment has gone down hill.
