This place is ridiculous, this is the only sonic in the country that I have seen that turns the pull in menus off because they only want people in drive thru for slow service.
Both meals were awful. Totally unacceptable the fries were burnt severely overcooked or/recooked rock hard brown toasted. The chicken tenders the same way. I was very disappointed and want my $25.00 back. I’ll think twice about eating Sonic again. I was expecting some hot fresh delicious food. Instead I received some trash. I wouldn’t serve this mess to a dog.

The food was raw all three meals, they rushed for no reason because we were their only customer. The cashier had an attitude. This is the worst place. No wonder why the location is hidden. This was such an embarrassment for the establishment. Management really need to do better.

Take 30 minutes to get your food. Half the bays don’t work. They have the most rude person working the drive through who obviously doesn’t care about customer service or her job. This establishment has gone down hill.

I love Sonic & I just don’t understand why there’s no attention or money being directed at this location? I swear those employees have got to be volunteers. There’s no way they are being paid to do the “work” that they do. When you get to the drive thru speaker, place your order & cross your fingers that your order was 1) heard & 2) taken correctly. Then be prepared to wait as the cook finds a cow, prepares said cow for slaughter, brings said meat to the butcher… Now, be prepared to wait the length of time it takes to do all of that, but do NOT expect the ingredients to taste as fresh as they should. Bro, these pickle fries they have at Sonic? Freaking incredible. At this location? Soggy to the extent that you would swear these employees are running them under a faucet before serving them. Those pretzels, served with this neon orange liquid they call cheese? I’m addicted. At this location, your pretzels will be overcooked and hard as a rock. You may or may not receive said “cheese”. The pop?
… Let me stop. Sonic? Close the doors or invest in this location. This is silly.

Stalls don’t work and you’ll wait almost 45mins for a corn dog and a drink.
Food runner with the yellow in her hair has hella attitude problems and did absolutely nothing to help and told us our order wasn’t even in the system and it wasn’t her problem despite us having the proof we ordered on mobile. I’d give her specifically 0 stars.
After almost an hour waiting we did finally get our food, which was wrong, the lady at the window made it right though. Keep her. She’s actually nice and knows how to customer service.

Twice now my partner and I have tried to go through the McDonough location, around 9-9:30(plenty of time before they are supposed to be closed.) My partner went on April 26th around 9 and they claimed to only be making online or door dash orders. He tried to place an order on both, wouldn't let him. Tonight we just tried to go through just for some drinks. All the lights were off, there were like two people standing there with the inside lights dimly lit, seemingly trying to make it look closed. In short, we won't be coming back to that Sonic.

Although it’s a great location, Do not bother coming here late at night. The app never works for this location and you will spend between 20 to 30 minutes in line just to be told that they are out of ice cream or out of something. They also do not take Apple Pay. I’m tired of wasting time to drive up here, honestly, they need to hire people who have more experience working at night and really get it together because it’s been like this for years, I just go to the Stockbridge location for now on.

I was stranded on the property for several hours and wasn't even offered a drink of water or use of power to charge my phone to get help or a tow truck or food for my children and grandchild at all. No member of management offered anything complimentary due to my stalled vehicle that l had just purchased with 2 disabled children in my car they will never get my business again and l will be calling corporate as well they didn't know if l had money or anything
