The wait in drive-thru was a bit slow, but I'm not complaining. The food was good as always tho.
PROS:None that I can think ofCONS:1. Extremely dirty2. Staff is extremely rude.3. Drive-thru speaker is messed up and staff can not hear you (expect to say your order at least 5 times)4. Takes 30 minutes to get a drink even if you are the ONLY customer in the entire parking lot5. They are ALWAYS Out of food items and cups6. They rarely answer the phone7. Staff look dirty, like they take a bath once a week if even.8. Garbage cans are always over flowing and spilled out onto the parking lots9. Can't find it see enterance to store at night dye to NO lighting.10. A portion of car hub spots are chained off due to not working. They have been chained off for 2 years now.11. Owner of this franchise DOES NOT care about his franchise. Im durprised Corp continues to allow them to destroy their company image and namedo NOT go here!

Yesterday I went to this location because some of the others I went to around aren’t the best. But I can say that I had the best experience at any Sonic I have ever been to because of the carhop. Her name was Stephanie. She was absolutely fantastic! She was one of the best carhops I’ve had!! I definitely will be back, especially if Stephanie is there! Also My order came out fast and it was all hot and fresh and delicious!!

We arrived at this Sonic and simply ordered only 3 drinks; a frozen lemonade, a coke slushy and a milkshake. After ~20 minutes of waiting, they come out with just two drinks- the milkshake and a melted “frozen” lemonade. We let them know this was incorrect and they were confident they could make it right. 10 minutes later, they return with another incorrect drink and failed to bring the 3rd one we had ordered. They gave us something horrid that resembled a cheesecake slushy. Overall this experience was a disappointing waste of time and money to say the least, so they deserve the rating of -5.

Looks like they are doing renovations or shutting down soon as there's only one row available to order other than drive thru. However, employee Stephanie was very nice and had our food ready quickly.
