Hours online say 9:30. The store closed at 9 and the girl inside was rude!
What is it with Starbucks and their precious water?
Despite the circumstances, they demand immediate compensation for same... Even for tap water from the sink, utilizing my own squeaky clean thermos, at a unit where I have made purchases for YEARS. Confuse me?
While I'm not remotely comparing myself to the parched, soot covered, firefighters in NYC on 9/11 who were charged full price for every bottle of water Starbucks sold them. I have, however, doled out quite a few bucks at this specific unit as well as other Starbucks.
So, imagine my surprise when an out-of-sight MOD abruptly stopped a cashier from filling my thermos without a purchase. Did I mention the absence of customers at the counter, so I was not disrupting service.
When I asked to speak with the unseen manager, a gentleman who has seen and waited on me repeatedly over the years, appeared and reiterated this new 'policy'. After I requested the District Manager's number for my own edification (yes, I Karen'ed a little bit š¤·š½āāļø), he grudgingly allowed me access to their delicious, triple filtered ice and water (the reason I drink Starbucks water and their other beverages in the 1st place.)
I may be drinking Dunkin or Panera from now on. I already own a Brita. Problem solved.
Extremely slow. 25 mins for a drink at 6:20am
Never again.
I love starbucks but the customer service is terrible. One example is I order my drink extra hot and they try and give me my cup without a sleave. Then give me an attitude when I ask for one...

I asked for a Venti Caramel Frappe and they gave me a grande then told me that if i wanted a Venti they can ring it up.
Also two people came in after us and they got their drinks before us.

Not too often leaving bad reviews, but ended up waiting 27 mins for 2 simple drinks. Waited at the drive thru window for 12 minutes with no interaction. Not a āhello your order is comingā nothing⦠when they finally came to the window, she asked me how I was doing like nothing was out of the ordinary?? Not a good location at all.

We've been coming to this location for years. It recently got an update and looks very clean and modern. They have added more seating or at least it looks like it's more seating because they switched up the setup. There used to be a ton of merchandise on the wall and they now have made that a nice quaint seating area. This location has always felt small probably because it was and it was super busy and popular. They have made their food display smaller, they got new art and furniture, and they now have a digital ordering board. Looks like they got some new machinery and cabinetry. Overall the store looks good. Now they just need to keep up on providing consistent quality customer service and this will be a great location to visit. They seem to be fully staffed which was nice to see. Everyone working seemed to be very busy moving around doing something. So as long as they keep the restrooms clean, keep the lobby clean, take care of all this new beautiful equipment, and continue to take care of the customers, this will be a pleasant location to visit.
Vegetarian options: They do have some muffins and other snacks that are vegan friendly
Parking: This location is situated in front of a small plaza so parking can be tricky sometimes because it's a busy plaza and it is a small parking area. But you can usually find parking maybe not as close as you like but you still can park
Kid-friendliness: That's a family establishment

This the slowest and WORST Starbucks around. Used to come here daily before the last remodel and ever since they have been extremely slow. Place online order and opens aren't ready for at least 10 mins after time they say. Tried them again bcuz it is closest instead of going on Jonesboro and had to just ask for a refund after 15mins of waiting. Just close this location all together

Gotta be the slowest Starbucks in the area. 16-20mins for tea with me putting the order in on the app waited at the window for 4 minutes before anyone came. Ask my name gave me my food did not have my croissant warmed up, and my tea was lukewarm

I try my very best to give chances over and over and this Starbucks always fail. Never ever make my drink right. Especially when this one tall dark skin with dreads I think. That claim heās the manager there or team leader. He is Rude!! Never a good customer. I once worked at Starbucks in 2012 in the Hamptons New York and the level of service this Starbucks offers, is trash compared to how I was trained. Locust Grove is A+ compare to y'all. I cannot drink my Matcha as it is just to strong! Waste of my hard earned money. I will not going back to this place. Terrible!!!

I have never returned my entire order at any Starbucks location but felt compelled to as I can not pay for such a lack of service.

3 out 4 orders were wrong and took at least 20 minutes to get them. On top of that, not a single apology.

So I order a turkey sage danish I waited 10 minutes for it and they going to say what your name then going to say we dont have it anymore instead of me sitting there waiting for my Danish for a long time. I didn't like the customer service I just had a moment ago. No communication at all so I just got cheese Danish I didn't want a refund. Horrible im upset š”
