It’s never really clean inside, they don’t wipe the tables or sweep the floors often. The drink I get is usually good at other Starbucks and sometimes okay here but they don’t make it how you ask & it’s possible because every blue moon I get a barista who makes it right. My biggest problem with this location is the customer service the employees are snobby, very nonchalant and dismissive. I don’t like bad attitudes and people who have superior personalities. Management definitely needs to work on how their employees are treating the customers.

Ask for lite ice 3 times for my ice shaken expresso. I guess I was ignored because they still filled me up full of ice! Something has changed service was not as good as in the past and my wait time was longer. Today’s date 8/8/25 11:15 am. Next time I will just go to Dunkin’ across the parking lot.

Visited this facility 7-30-2025 around 7:43 am, and the young blk guy with the pretty teeth and dreads, was so kind, professional, and he got us in and out within minutes. I NEVER buy or go to Starbucks, I was there because of my daughter. The atmosphere was so clean and calming and the young guys welcoming attitude made it even better. I will be back. Ty

My order is very simple, 3 shots of expresso. I was yelled at for not specifying what cup I wanted it in, then it had grounds in it. The drive thru employee tried to convince me that it wasn’t even though it was peppered all throughout the side of the cup.

The wait is always extra long here. I ordered a medium pink drink. They gave me a small but charge me for a medium. I tell the worker and they literally poured the small drink into a medium cup and handed it back to me. The drink looked disgusting and wasn’t even filled to the top. I wish I would have took a picture, but I was so mad and ready to go after waiting 30 minutes in the line. I asked for a refund One of the girls said the refund would go directly back to my card and I never received the refund. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I ever had will never come back to this location. 👎🏽

Came in on a Saturday. Got my latte pretty quick . Small store inside , but they did a good job getting the orders out.

We waited 20 minutes for just two grande drinks. There were four employees on shift, but only one was making drinks and one was taking orders. The other two kept walking in and out, not helping. There was no sense of urgency at all. I even saw a customer cancel her order because of how long it was taking and not to mention there weren’t even any other customers in line. I don’t recommend this location
