the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to in my life, and it isn’t just once or twice. this starbucks is the slowest every. single. time. there’s a red headed girl that is very quick, so maybe they’re just understaffed? just wish i could get my order in a decent time :(

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too and there’s literally NO EXCUSE for it. I placed a mobile drive through Oder and people were walking in and coming out faster. I waited in line for 45 minutes for 1 drink. It was watered down and the ice was melted. What’s the point of a drive through if you can walk in and get it faster?

Placed an mobile order an the app said 8-11 minutes we arrived 6 minutes later, nothing was ready. Barista said she would get started on our drinks 20 minutes later we are still waiting on beverages, she made 6 different beverages dor new guests, that we had to cancel, no apologies, she literally snatched our receipt to give it the cashier saying refund them because we are back up!

i had to get my coffee fixed twice, once in tje drive through and then i had to park and get out because it was straight milk (venti latte shouldnt taste like a cup of milk) then i make it all the way to work to realize that ive been given the wrong food. those are NOT the bacon egg bites. whoever was working morning shift shouldve had THEIR COFFEE. its first thing in the morning please play with someone elses time and money.

One of the worse wait times. Was in line for about 15 minutes…then I had to wait 10 minutes at the window because my order - after being paid- was “lost”. smh. I get my order, it felt a little light, so I removed the lid - it’s literally 2/3 full. The pic shows when I first removed the lid…kid you not, not one sip taken. Such a rip off and poor service.

Something is going on at this location. From the poor response time and final product to them having a handwritten sign stating that they will be closing early.

it doesnt matter if i order on the app in advance or in the line, it always takes about 12 minutes for me to get my drink. i get simple grande drinks so it is unfortunate that this happens everytime i come to this location.

Worst drive thru they took forever to make a peppermint latte 11:11am they print the sticker for my order and I got my order at 11:25am , and the drive thru wasn't even busy... I saw them making everyone's order but mine, the lady didn't even acknowledge me or told me what was going on with my one drink I order
