Target Starbucks Morning of Wednesday Oct 9th. Staff was extremely unprofessional, uncooperative, and I guess unskilled. They made my wife’s Frappuccino, but had almost as much left in the blender as in my wife’s Venti cup. My wife asked him for it, he said he had thrown it away. At this point he knows we want the coffee, chocolate, and matcha left in the blender we paid for. As he is making mine. I am talking to him and he turns around and dumps the blender in the sink behind him which I am standing in front of telling him I want the chocolate, coffee, and matcha I paid for he is dumping in the sink. He blew me off with that child like smile that says “ you not the boss of me”Guess what they made a cookie frap instead of a mocha frap. So the young Lady with the black hair that took my order wrong is visibly upset, but makes me a mocha frappe. She puts the blender with a very large amount of frappe in the sink to her left. Also refused to give me all of the coffee, chocolate, and Matcha green tea I paid for. Then when I start explaining and talking to them about it, they are combative and would rather throw it into the sink than give it to us. The guy is just smiling like the cat from Alice in wonder land. Then a skinning young lady comes up and starts explaining to us that a venti is filled up to the top of the Venti cup. Dahhh, I also paid for a venti worth of Coffee, chocolate, and matcha that just got dumped in the sink after I asked for it, but they just pretended to not understand what we were saying.
To make it worse we have been here 4 times this week, they have given us what was
left in the blender without issue. They did forget the Matcha once. Awful experience, very combative staff

Absolutely rude! Stood there for 10 mins, neither staff acknowledged me as they were stocking. Ask if they could help, they said hold on just a minute. The line started getting longer. Still no response after 5 more minutes so I left

Always out of items. The pandemic shortage has been over. Just shows the management placing the weekly truck order does not know how to count the store prior to placing order.

I am giving this only 2 stars because I asked the server what ingredients were in a drink and this person failed. I have allergies and not knowing what I am consuming can be very dangerous to me. I didn't find out until I had seen the one actually making the drink pour what I found out was cream into it. I was upset and told her asked what was in it the drink and that was never mentioned. I wanted a refund not another drink. Neither one knew how to refund a card payment, so they gave me cash back. Now I have to go to the bank to put the money in that account. This is a BIG waste of my time. DON'T have people working for your company who are not properly trained. They can kill someone! This is only Starbucks I've been to that I've had a bad experience.

They did not make the orders in order. I waited 20 minutes. The lady behind me had her drink given to the wrong person. Rude baristas, poor customer service!

The young people need to work on their customer service. Bad attitude’s. Sloppy drinks. Do not go an hour before they’re about to close they were saying everything is out so they don’t have to serve you. Not clean had to ask for straws and napkins. Had a lot of workers, but not a lot of work being done. The only person that was nice to us is the older lady she is always smiling with a good attitude when taking orders.

Ordered 2 Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos, and they tasted just like syrup. The 1st sip gave me a headache and I just threw it away. My husband said his tasted the same and trashed his also. If we didn't have to take our daughter to her summer class graduation, we would've turned around and got refunds. The young girls that were there were on their phone the whole time while taking orders and fixing them. Are there not any cameras to see what your employees are doing? They don't even have good customer service because the only person I saw them greet was a Target employee and that was out of the 6 ppl that ordered while I was there.

Now they charged you more if you dont want ice with your drink. And they didnt even tell you first in advance.

Drink were awful, ordered iced americano that didn’t even have ice in it and a caramel macchiato that tasted like it only had milk. Never order from here. The 2 ladies that were there this morning had no customer service whatsoever. One of the girls literally side eyed us when we were walking into the line.

This establishment charges $.90 for light ice in drinks on a cold day in the 40’s! When questioned about the fee the woman kept saying it was the new star program and wouldn’t tell what the fee is. I contacted Starbucks and they said they charged me $.90 for syrup! I didn’t ask for any extra syrup!

I have a client that lives in the area and as a real estate agent I needed a place to sit and negotiate multiple offers. The staff was friendly and they had some soothing R\u0026B playing in the background! I sat here for about 1 hour as I was negotiating and decided to try a matcha tea. Turna out that I like it a lot! Overall I'd give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐ only because I have not taste the food just yet. I will update my review once I go back for food.

Vegetarian options: I did see smoothies on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs and you can easily sit at their tables with a wheelchair.
