The store was conducting staff training in the main seating area today, which made it quite loud and difficult to focus. The air conditioning was also very cold.
I ordered a hot drink but received an iced one. It was remade after I pointed it out.
I hope the environment and communication can be improved in the future.

Been going to this location for over a year , the old morning crew knows name , order and face so yeah you can say I’m a regular.. Aailyh and the other NEW morning crew employees , did not say a word to me , I waited 10 mins thinking, they was either backed all the way up ,coffee was taken ( which has happened before) or forgot about it. ( which was an mobile order ) Oh no it was never made , instead of saying hey we no longer serve this item , they all watched me sit down and wait , while being looked at the entire time , no “did you need help, did you get your order , sorry we no longer make this etc etc. I noticed a certain type of people that did get helped, that was told their order COULD NOT BE MADE DUE TO IT NO LONGER BEING IN SEASON. YOUR ORDER IS UP NEXT. So why was that hard for the same to be explained to me? I saw why ! I’ll go somewhere else where I’m welcomed

Friendly service. Covered outdoor seating in front. Didnt notice any cozy corner seating inside. Sat outside on a beautiful sunny fall day, quieter.

Went through the drive through after waiting 15 minutes to be told we don't have a100 dollar change. Sad poor customer service. No compassion. I will never go there.

I’ve never gone in a Starbucks and had bad service or no see before today …. These 2 women were so rude .. they didn’t greet me upon entry then the 1 slender brown skinned lady working drive threw (who was sitting in the lobby area) got up and roller her eyes as if I disturbed her on some way .. they continued to only speak to each other never greeting me in anyway and ultimately I left never getting my morning coffee

Waited at the drive for someone to take my order five minutes when someone finally says, how may I help you he said to go ahead and pull up to the window and when I did he said what did I ordered? I said you told me to pull up and I placed my order and I waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. No one has shown and then I went back inside asked for a refund. It was a gay dude and the chubby lady Caucasian lady.

Simply one of the best starbucks on the south side! My order is always perfect, and I’ve been here hundreds of times over the past 10 years. The kindness and longevity of the Starbucks Employees are also very impressive and I really appreciate how they always make my son and I feel welcome!

At the McDonough location off exit 218 and they close at 9pm not 9:30pm. It was a very unfortunate encounter when I got here at 9:00 only to find out that they are closed at 9:00 not 9:30. Perhaps a change in time frame on google would resolve the issue. I’m so disappointed and I had to walk into the store to find this out. Yes the door was still open. *sigh*
This location is the worst Starbucks. Beware!!!! I placed a mobile order that took 15 minutes which is ridiculous for a drink on a Sunday! My drink was made wrong and the people are not friendly . Do your self a favor and go to the one on Jodeco rd.

I always go to this location. Yesterday I was there and got ice. Today I pull up and order large ice and she said they don't sell ice or cups of water. I think this ridiculous.

I never write reviews so to write this I have to be pissed off. This has to be the worse location ever! My husband works in the area and almost every time he has visited the store before work he calls me complaining. Today they really pissed me off. He called and said he ordered a venti white mocha and a one of the new sandwiches they have. When he gets to the window they charged him for the venti and the sandwich but he was given a grande and sandwich.
When he told the cashier he was supposed to get a venti, he was told he didn’t order a venti. He told the young lady if he didn’t why was he charged for it. She then says “ well we’re out of white mocha anyway! Being that he was on the way to work he took it, the drink was horrible so he threw it out.
Of course he called and told me when he got off from work. I called to speak with a manager regarding what happened, I pulled him into the call so he could describe the person that gave him the order and give his own account of what happened being that I wasn’t there, In the hopes of her having some sort of empathy being that this is an on going issue. She told us she couldn’t find his order and therefore she couldn’t do anything. And hung up the phone. So not only was the drink bad he paid for something he didn’t get.
