I waited 20 minutes for my single drink and the employees here finished and served a drink of someone that came after me, which was much more complex than my own to add. I will not be returning to this location.
They mislabed my mobile order and gave me a different sandwich from the one I ordered. It took them several minutes with my order sitting on the counter for anyone to even inform me about what they had done. And it turned out they replaced the other sandwich in the order not the one they said they were out of. They clearly not know what the hell is going on. Also, the layout of this Starbucks is not thought out well, there is not enough parking and walking in is difficult due to the way they fence off the front

I came in yesterday, I was completely ignored. No one asked me what I was waiting for or if I had a pick up order I waited for my order for at least 10 minutes while they made orders after me continuously. When I asked about my order it was in the back and the ladies working front had attitudes… not your typical starbucks atmosphere..

The customer service is terrible. The drinks are NEVER consistent and the employees have an absolute horrendous attitude when you ask them to fix it. No thank you. Don't waste your time here.

Have always had good experience at this location. Went to get some drinks and we order at the drive thru. I know what I order because my son only like vanilla Frappuccino and I wouldn’t order him any hot drinks. Lady at window gave me hot latte and I told her what I had order. She rolled her eyes and made the vanilla one. Then my moms order caramel frappe taste like water and ice, no flavor. My daughter cold peppermint coffee taste same water and some coffee. I was very nice and kid and told her thank you and have a great night, she rolled her eyes and said nothing. Not the usual service.

Went here to kill a bit of time. Was not greeted. I ordered my beverage and sat down. I was browsing my phone and they never called my name to let me know my order was finished. Just a few minutes later, I looked up, the employees were playing around behind the counter giving hugs to each other and my beverage was just sitting on the counter. It was not hot amd had not had time to get cold, so it was not made well. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I won't go to this location any time soon.
Parking: Only a few parking spots and the drive through is very awkward

11/11/24 around 8:30 I asked for that egg chicken bacon thing and asked for no bacon. I got my order, lady at the window was nice. However, the dude who took my order at the drive thru I guess had put no meat on my sandwich. So all I had was an egg between bread. Sir, I asked for NO BACON not no meat. Also he kept asking if that was all after we ordered each item. Lowkey, that Starbucks in general is cool it was just that one guy.

The mobile order system for this location is not up to par. I ordered a caramel macchiato via the mobile app via ios(bc that’s important to customer care). I grabbed the drink immediately after it was crafted and to my surprise no sleeve, no green stick for cautionary purposes, no caramel, no foam. The drinks are always disgusting. They’re always understaffed and the drinks are way too expensive. Back to dunkin donuts I go.

We sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes, to find out when we pulled up to the entrance, that they were closed. Instead of a sign, or coming onto the intercom, or coming outside to announce this, they just waved off customers from inside and turned their backs. We have had multiple issues with this location from the service being slow, order wrong, or the attitudes from the employees were not professional. I had to get out in the rain to let the drivers know they were closed as there were 10 cars lined up.

It would be nice if the opening and closing status of the restaurant can be posted on Google before I make this trip to the coffee shop.
