In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

The store was conducting staff training in the main seating area today, which made it quite loud and difficult to focus. The air conditioning was also very cold.

I ordered a hot drink but received an iced one. It was remade after I pointed it out.

I hope the environment and communication can be improved in the future.

Simply one of the best starbucks on the south side! My order is always perfect, and I’ve been here hundreds of times over the past 10 years. The kindness and longevity of the Starbucks Employees are also very impressive and I really appreciate how they always make my son and I feel welcome!

Went here to kill a bit of time. Was not greeted. I ordered my beverage and sat down. I was browsing my phone and they never called my name to let me know my order was finished. Just a few minutes later, I looked up, the employees were playing around behind the counter giving hugs to each other and my beverage was just sitting on the counter. It was not hot amd had not had time to get cold, so it was not made well. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. ...
