I have been a regular at Starbucks Lake Dow since they first opened. This Starbucks is truly one of the best I have been to, and that is saying a lot.
They have GREAT customer service and they keep the same employees for long periods of time. This is something that I am grateful for as a customer of the franchise, since this leads to consistent results & friendly employees.
They are ALWAYS working and you will never see any laziness in this location. The drinks are always made well too.

If you only want half of your drink, this is the place to go. Ordered 3 venti lattes and cups were half full. It was a lukewarm grande in a venti cup. Unfortunately, someone else picked up my order for me because I would have known as soon as I lifted the cup. Last two trips to this location have also resulted in extremely long wait times. This is the closest location to my home, but I won’t go here again. For $20, I would like a full cup and a hot beverage.

I go here daily! The baristas know me by name before I even say anything at the speaker lol. I feel like family! Everyone is so friendly and kind.
My drinks are always consistent and taste great, like the quality you’d expect from Starbucks! The food, when I get it, is always warm and fresh.
The outside of the store is always clean and nice. The inside is warm and welcoming and the smell of freshly brewed coffee is pleasant. I love the little notes I get on my coffee every morning. It’s the nice little touch to remind me there is something good in a sometimes not so kind world.

Personally this Starbucks is very slow for them to make the drinks wrong. If you’re going to take forever making a drink at least get it right.
We ordered a venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and they gave us a grande. I said that was supposed to be a venti, they literally poured the grande into a venti cup… and my husband got 4 extra pumps of sweetener. The flavor is completely wrong. I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
