Disgusting placed a takeout order only for there to be employees half eaten snacks in there and no one can do nothing about , telling everybody I know not to order from this location and no one is taking ownership for the mistake, I have pictures and all like it’s winter time and the flu going around this is unacceptable!!

Just came in here trying order my usual they gave me my drink and there wasn’t no whipped cream . So I went inside and told them they said they ran out of whipped cream after making my whole entire drink and made me wait for it . If one your main ingredient ran out you should’ve notified your customer at the drive thru line before having your customer wait and pay and when they received their drink and there isn’t no whipped cream . Highly upset if you guys were to tell us beforehand I would’ve went somewhere else to buy my drink and not wasted my time .

I order the same thing all the time the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. This location managed to make it disgusting the coffee taste was extremely strong. I literally wasted my money and threw it away. The drink it supposed to be sweet i got extra cinnamon and extra vanilla sweet cold foam. How it tasted so bitter i have no idea. Im even more upset because it was a venti.

This place, the service is terrible, the employees are like robots they have no expression on their faces, no eye contact. I ordered an artisan sandwich, was waiting, no one called my name, I had to ask, it was already cold it was sitting behind the counter. When the drinks are ready they don’t call you, you have to guess. This is honestly my first bad experience at a Starbucks.
Kind and quick service in the Drive Thru. So glad to have this new store on Jodeco. The way to enter through is a little pain while the construction was happening but hoping that is gone by now or soon.
