Since this store has been bought out,they are not very nice anymore and won't except coupons anymore

The Indian lady was extremely rude to me. I greeting no thank you, nothing. Can’t have a business with trash customer service

There was an unappealing substance on the glass shield. It looked like mucus. I pointed it out to the worker and she told me that it was there for about 3 days and it was the job of the night shift to clean up. I told her that it would take only a few seconds to wipe it off and she rudely said she had her own work to do.
I walked out because what else is she too busy to do when it comes to the food and making my sandwich?
Not acceptable at all, also did not see the inspection notice.

I live over an hour away. I was picking up lunch for a friend and myself. This is the 1st time EVERY I encounter a rude and arrogant mgr at a freaking Subway. Here was the issue:
1. In the end, when I reached the register when she had made the sandwich. The only thing I asked her to do was to put one of the subway stickers on the rapper of the sandwich. She put the sticker on top of the brown bag (like really ma'am). So I asked her if the sticker could go on top of the paper so that the sandwich would not come loose and she got a freaking attitude. Instead of getting a new sticker to place on the paper of the sandwich, she literally peels the sticker from the top of the brown bag to put on the paper of the sandwich.
I advised her it was no reason for her to get upset because I wanted a subway sticker on the paper of a sandwich. As everybody know, they are so sloppy when making your sandwiches that the ingredients are spilling out.
This franchise doesn't have to worry EVER about me stopping by or EVER spending my hard earn dollars there.
You never know who people are and how they can elevate your business. Treat ALL customers with dignity and respect. If you are having a bad day, leave it outside when you come into your or someone's business.

No point in even trying to eat here. Standing here for 30 minutes while they're making mobile orders, and on top of that, the mobile orders weren't even started by the time the persons that ordered them GOT here. 2 people walked put because they were waiting in line longer than us. I've worked in fast food 4 years. It dosent take 30 minutes to make sandwhiches....especially if you're not even that busy.

My experience at this location started off terrible, but the manager Q problem solved and corrected the issue. He was very apologetic and went over and beyond. This young man deserves a raise! Due to Q professionalism, I will return in the future.

Subway I’d feel for the prices that went up but when it had went up food just don’t taste like those times like it Used to. Don’t have much complaints for employees much as Them just doing there jobs, just don’t know why they close so early in the evening on Sundays that’s what had hit me Different.. other Than their food. So never much their but it’s laid back chilled every now in then when it never busy and Such.

Kourtney the store manager has a terrible attitude and didn't make my sandwich correctly and refused to make it again for me. She had an attitude with me and my grandmother and we really don't appreciate it. When I asked for someone I could call to resolve the issue she told me no and she's the only person I could talk to. Is this how you treat your customers?
I showed up at 955 and they already had the doors locked. The young lady behind the glass told me that they were closed. I told her that the sign on the door said they closed at 1000. She just looked at me and said bye.

I went to get a salad on Saturday morrning. It was lunch time. The lettuce was rotten so I asked her to get me fresh . She did. The cucumbers were rotten and she said those were the only ones she had. Skipped them. The African American girl doing whatever off to the side started laughing. I asked her what she was laughing at she did not answer. I told her very directly I will not pay for and eat rotten food she said she was not laughing at me but I was the only person in there. I should also mention that after the girl working the line replaced the lettuce and gave me fresh, she dumped the rotten lettuce on top of the fresh. I completely understand about food costs but I paid $20 dollars for a salad that used to cost less I will have fresh vegetables on my salad and I will not go to this subway again.
