This location does not afford the ability to see your food being made. They lift the hood that covers everything, which in turn blocks the glass in totality. If I was able to see my food being prepared I would have known that not only did I not receive the extra lettuce I requested; I didn't receive any lettuce at all. Even after being asked the same questions multiple times about my veggies of choice. The portion of meat was so small that the bread just swallowed it up. With the missing veggies & a few chunks of rotisserie chicken, I basically was given a mayonnaise sandwich. The one star was for the fresh bread.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Very poor service & very sub-par portion size. I ordered a ham & turkey protein bowl & Ultimate BMT footlong. Both had very small amounts of the requested ingredients. Very little spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers etc... on the salad bowl & very minimal spinach, onions, tomatoes, etc.. on the footlong. The biggest portion size on tge footlong was the bread This location has a hood over the sandwich making area which prevents the customer from seeing how the orders are being made. I use to enjoy getting a good sub from Subway but this experience was the worst. Even the amount of cold cuts on the footlong was less. If I could rate this a ZERO I would. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

The cashier was on the phone the entire time, even taking my order no greeting when you come in it was smelly in the lobby. They didn’t have the proper items out for you to get as far as napkins and straws. This was the worst subway I ever been to.

Only down fall is the location is right there at nightmare 75?This is one of the good ones. They accept company Subway coupon flyers.

Horrible experience. Absolutely terrible. Nasty attitude of jerk who thinks he is the boss. did not even cared to give us a receipt, seems he is stealing something. messed up our order entirely. bread and meat is stale. Tables and floor is dirty. saw a girl babysitting inside kitchen, baby is crying and she is feeding. moreover she popped up to help on line. what a poor management. subway has gone down.

Placed an online order for pickup. The food was ready when it was promised but it was missing ingredients that were chosen, the footlong cookie, brownie, and pretzel were all burnt, and the manager said that he could not do a refund, even if I brought the items back to the store for verification. Said there was nothing he could do about it, but that they would make sure for next time. The employees were not rude, just not able to help resolve a problem and did not offer any explanation as to why when asked.

I love this store. Just hate the location. It’s located off a very busy street. I ordered the rotisserie chicken salad for curbside pickup. The store was nice, clean and welcoming. The owner and his wife made sure my order was done correctly and packaged beautifully. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so hungry. I will order here again.
