THIS IS THE WORSE STORE EVER !!!!!!! STALE BREAD AND THE EMPLOYEES TRY TO TELL YOU HOW TO BUILD YOUR SANDWICH OR HOW MUCH TO BUY ! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN .. JUST OVERALL AN UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE, THEY ALSO DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE MY BREAD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK !

had an attitude , was talking abt me & my grandma in hindi ( we speak English ) had a spot on the food , acted slow when I asked about it . & then proceeded to talk down to us like we were dumb very disrespectful . I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK we gon stick to Walmart subway .

Dont go here and give them any money , Absolutely rude and the manager is very very unprofessional. Yes its subway but you are still working there and its your job . For me to write a review you really have pissed me off . Ridiculous.

I started ordering from here once or twice a week and there was some different employees and now there’s just these two ladies are always in there and they’re so skimpy with the toppings. It’s not even worth going in and buying anymore. I drive out of my way to here, but I’m not gonna come here anymore. This is the third time I’ve ordered online and I get in here and there’s two black olives and two pickles on my entire football sandwich And then half the ingredients I asked for missing

customer service needs to improve. I called and a lady answered the phone stating “subway” when asking for the hiring manager she said “not in” I replied with okay we- and she hung up the phone
This morning, I came to order my sandwich. This guy was okay but when he was taking care of my order, i asked for onions, he put like 3 pieces...I was...uh! I had to say...more ...please. Every item asked, I needed to ask for more...why being so careless? It's not charity, I paid to have a good sandwich! You, guys, need to do better in the service.

I recently received fantastic service from three amazing ladies. We just moved to this area and decided to try this Subway location on Highway 155 in the Chevron plaza. They made great suggestions for my sandwiches and they were all so kind and friendly. The atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. The food is super fresh and it's so clean. Fantastic customer service 👏🏽 👌🏽

The manager that night was very rude. They gave my pick up order to someone else I asked for a refund or if he could remake my order since it was given away to someone else he refused to give me a refund or remake my order he told me to dispute it with my bank. He was very unprofessional, and I would never come back here again
They are super overly priced plus they don't put enough meat on the sandwich and they no longer serve the spinach rap.

I'd rate it ZERO if I could. We have never been Subway people. We decided to try it and both me and my father got violently ill after eating here. My dad ruined some clothes too from that. They sent a survey and I responded and offered them a chance to reach out.They did...to try to sell me on how good Subway is and how fresh their products are. I took him 4 sentences to finally say:"I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation"My expectation??? Oh, you mean not getting violently ill from eating your food. The same subs we order at other places and DON'T get violently ill from? It had nothing to do with the food items being different from our usual menu. It was bad meat, or contaminated meat, or something along those lines.Sanjey Patel, the manager that messaged me, is so off the mark on customer service here it's ridiculous. It was a super generic, copy paste response that showed zero class. To finish by saying "Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future." shows a complete lack of caring. This is how I know it's copy paste.I will NEVER eat Subway again. I hate this company now. I'll go back to Firehouse and Jersey Mike's.
