Walked in yesterday & ordered a tuna sub. I eat these all the time at the Subways on McDonough Pkwy & Lake Dow. Well I walked in & the 2 girls working were sitting on their phones, no greeting, no nothing. The tuna & toppings had been sitting all day, the bread was hard & I had to scoop my I've from a bucket. I won't be returning.

The young lady at the counter was on speaker phone the whole time she served me and other customers she has long braids and light skin complexion I'm assuming she is like a shift lead. Service was terrible and unacceptable. She had a full blown conversation like u have to wait for her to end one conversation before she even serves u. It's sad and was not a good look. I am a general manager to one of McDonough other local restaurants and this is totally unacceptable.

poor service, poor quality food! the two employees today laughed at me when I told him my meat was still cold they proceeded to heat it for a few seconds leaving me with cold meat still…don’t recommend using this location.
