Ordered a footlong turkey ham and received hard bread wrong cheese and skimpy toppings on my mobile order pick up. I had to add my own extra toppings from home and add my own cheese. So ridiculous! I will not be returning to this location. Worst sandwich I have ever had at subway.

It seems that this location has decided to not make fresh brewed tea anymore. I went at 1:30 PM and asked for tea and the attendant said “we don’t make tea anymore” as she pointed to an empty tea maker. They seem to think that raspberry brisk tea drink from the fountain is acceptable for a tea replacement….that stuff is not tea and it is horrible. They refuse to turn the air conditioner on and just leave the doors open to the outside for venting. This brings in tons of flys and pest as well makes the restaurant hot inside. The people running the place were on a speaker phone call from the sandwich line the entire time I was there, it was obnoxious and rude.

Worst Subway EVER!!!!!! Service is terrible,, They don't understand any English when you're trying to explain a mess up on their behalf by the way. And they always gives smaller portions of everything. After paying $15 for a sandwich.. They don't want to give separate bags for separate orders. It's just too much there. I give it chance after chance after them changing management/owners several times. But now I think I'm done subway..

Very stingy with meat and toppings and dude was on the phone and not paying much attention to customers
Worker was not helpful for two tweens.... ordering with their own money for the first time. Refuses coupons that are clearly for their store. Adult had to step in to help. Apparently, the scanner is broken and not able to read coupons. 2 very disappointed little girls. They did try to make it better with a cookie for a treat. Overall, it's not a very good experience ? not sure we will be back.

I ordered on the Subway App and the order was incorrect. I didn't receive the Artisan Italian Bread on both my subs and did not receive the 50 %extra that I paid an extra $2.00 for. We were very disappointed because we do not eat white bread and had no success with getting through to this store while trying to contact them.

I purchased one of the new foot long pretzels and they were kind of on the burned side ?. I tried to ignore it, but I just couldn't. I took them back and asked for a refund. No problems ?

Bread was hard as rock, even after my sandwich had been toasted. The sandwich itself tasted super weird and I’m already terrified of getting food poisoning. I’m not sure why they kept the cover up, covering the view of the meats but that’s automatically a red flag for me.The Subway on Jonesboro road by Goodwill is the best. I only came to the one on 155N because it’s closer to my house but I’ll never go to that one again. I’ll make the drive out of my way for better quality.
