I just picked up $40 worth of subs. Every one of them had bread so hard we had to take everything off and had salad. I know whoever made the subs could feel how hard the bread was. I quit using the Subway in Hampton for this reason. I drove all the way over to Jonesboro Rd and get the same thing. Today will be the last time Subway gets any of my business.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped here with my husband to get lunch and was highly disappointed. They barely had any bread made and actually ran out leaving the customers behind me waiting. My husband ordered wheat bread and the girl looked in the oven and didn’t see any. She turns to the girl next to her and says we are out of wheat, what do I tell them. The girl said we don’t have any. They all looked confused and angry. Subway is not cheap and now we’re paying a lot of money for poor service and crappy in fresh ingredients. I went into the bathroom and it was gross. The main lobby had straws all over the floor and every table was dirty. There were three employees working however nothing was getting done. I will never come back.

I work in the plaza and I just want to simply say how this man whom works here made my day. I never received his name but would have assumed he was the manager! His presence is always great ! The sandwich was PERFECTION!! Something as small as a perfect sandwich packed up ready for pickup made my day as well as exceeding my expectations so much so i could cry. I’m extremely grateful for that wonderful man. He deserves the world !! Please be kind to these associates . Treat them with love and care always because they deserve it !!!!! I will forever remember how perfectly kind that man was. Ultimately, it made me want to be kind to everyone I met ! B.W I’ll be back ?❤️

Have not been to this place since 2015. This young on 4/7/ 24 were being rude & disrespectful to an elderly lady . She told the older adult aggressively & repeatedly" you just being cheap" along with other mischoice of words. I spoke and said you shouldn't talk to the elderly lady like that , she said n who are u. She being cheap n acting broke. Excuse me Lil gurl. You are 17 years old as you stated but you are being very rude & disrepectful to an elderly woman. Where is tge home training. YOU DO NOT GO BACK& FORTH SPEAKIBG TO AN ELDERLY PERSON IN THIS MANNER. I dislike this behavior from any age group.She needs to learn work ethic & how to treat & talk too people. She went on level 9 with me, so I asked her to stop yelling at me. Anywho.... I will never go to this subway again on Joneboro Road in Union City Ga.

Went into this restaurant on Nov8th. Two young ladies at the deli making sandwiches. No greeting. Which was ok since they were busy. Then ten minutes went by. No acknowledgement. After the ten, I was then asked what I wanted. This didn't bother me until one man walked in, they immediately greeted him. Then later while preparing sandwiches, another man walked in, he also got a warm greeting. What should I have concluded from this? Then I ordered a soup along with the sandwich. I was charged on the receipt $2.79 instead of the $2.50. Whom I'm assuming was the manager, he saw me taking a pic of this sign and asked was everything ok. I explained to him about the discrepancy. He seemed genuinely concerned about the error. He DID offer to make it right, but at this point I just wanted OUT of this restaurant to waste no more time in it. I just regretted coming here and spending my hard earned money to support it! Ugh!!!!??

This subway told me that the free 6 inch was only able to be ordered in person. I was very pleased with this subway for being truthful and serving us our free subs which were DELICIOUS ?!
