Very good and creamyyyy and creative flavors .. the owner is really kind and I will continue to go here. Just moved to Georgia and I like this place for icecream
This was my first time trying rolled ice cream, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The girls at the counter didn’t greet us when we walked in, gave my daughter and I a mean stare and instead of explaining the process for choosing toppings, they were a bit rude. Since it was my first time, I expected some guidance, but the lack of communication and attitude made the visit disappointing. A good attitude and a smile goes a long way in business!
Came here around 9:10pm they closed at 10 if it was 9:30 ok but if they can’t keep up the pace they need to be fired. soon as we opened the door we are closed no explanation didn’t even look at us but have more than 5 people in there
It says they close at 10 but in reality it’s at 9:15. They don’t take customers anymore after that time so save the drive.
Excellent customer service - the server explained everything in detail. A tad pricey for what you get but that's how it goes these days. Unfortunately, I,m not the biggest fan of soy and the taste was just blah...felt like I was eating frozen sugar. Anyway, if you like soy as a dairy free option then go for it, but for me, it was a waste of time and money.
Zero stars!!! Very poor customer service! My son and I walked in to an empty counter and stood there for a few minutes. A young girl finally comes from the back to tell us that they are closed. Then two more women come from the back looking all crazy like we were bothering them. If you claim to be open til 10, you should be open until 10, or change your hours to 9:30 and lock the damn door! Will not be returning!

This is the second year our school’s summer program has had the joy of visiting this incredible store, and once again, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The owners—a kind and welcoming husband-and-wife duo—along with their wonderful sons, treated our scholars with such love, patience, and care. They generously allowed the students to make their own ice cream, creating moments of pure joy and excitement. We are truly grateful for the beautiful partnership between SMITH Academy of Excellence and Sweet Charlie’s. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to see you all again next year!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at Sweet Charlie’s was honestly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the person at the counter was incredibly rude. No greeting, no smile, just stared at me until I said something. It wasn’t just me either; they were like that with every customer that came in. It made the whole place feel really unwelcoming. Also, the place smelled terrible definitely not what you’d expect from an ice cream shop.
To make things worse, the staff behind the counter were openly arguing with each other. It was uncomfortable to witness and made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. I came in expecting a sweet treat and instead left feeling frustrated. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Great customer service . I definitely need to try this nifty ice cream.

Was quick and easy to receive my ice cream. It smelled a bit odd in there but you get used to it pretty quick. The little cup I got was $9.
It smelled like sewage
I usually frequent here because I love the milkshakes. Today I came the health score has greatly decreased and the store smells like a landfill. The young lady who made my ice cream had great service and it’s terrible she has to work in those conditions. It was hard to stomach the smell!

Please don't go here. If there had been a zero rating I would have given Sweet Charlie's a zero. I am allergic to dairy and had read online that they had a non dairy option. Went there and the person that took our order could not have been over thirteen and her English was barely audible. They proceeded to wipe a previous dairy order off of a frozen preparation plate with what looked like a dirty wet towel. That was a no-no in my book. The dairy ice cream was still on there when my order was being prepared. The husband lost $8.50 because I refused to eat it. We walked out and went to Bruster's
