We ordered from sweet tooth for our daughter’s first birthday. We got one smash cake and one 2 tier cake for our guests. They were delicious and beautiful. Almost too beautiful to cut into! The wonderful bakers even offer to deliver to us to make it easier on us! They communicated well and made sure our needs were met! 10 out of 10 recommend!

II just wanted to say that my interaction with you was fantastic! You were so friendly and kind . And my cake was absolutely beautiful, from the intricate details to the overall design. I explained my preferences, and you went above and beyond to make it happen. even added my pictures on the side of the cake, and it was just perfect. I can not rave enough about the sweets I received. Everything was beautiful, I almost wanted to keep the treats all to myself!! The communication was great. Pricing was worth it. They were able to meet my needs, time and date for pickup. I would definitely use their services again!

I wish I could give this place a 0. All the 1 star reviews about her attitude and customer service are true. I’m a very easy going and laid back person but this lady had me to my limit.

If you read any review before placing an order, please make it this one. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. My cake was not ready on time, and the final product did not match what I had requested.

Nowhere on the website does it mention a no-refund policy, yet when I calmly reached out to discuss a partial refund, I was met with dishonesty and resistance—despite having clear evidence to support my claims. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, only a partial one, and even that was denied.

What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. I tried multiple times to speak with the owner over the phone, but she consistently dodged my calls. At every turn, I was met with avoidance instead of accountability.

I will never order from this business again, and I’ll make sure to share my experience so others can avoid wasting their time and money. You deserve better customer service and professionalism than what this business provides. All her replies to customers bad reviews is her trying to make excuses for her own behavior. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, RUN!!
