I've never had a bad experience. Service has been great. I've gone several times. I don't like paying 18% gratuity. Some of us tip very well. In the event you don't give good service, you don't deserve 18%.
The establishment has consistently provided excellent service, with attentive servers ensuring customer satisfaction. The wings and drinks are highly recommended. It is advisable to arrive early, as the grill and kitchen have different closing times. Overall, this establishment is worth visiting.
