I can’t believe how long I had to wait at this Taco Bell. It took 40 minutes to get my mobile order at a fast food restaurant! That completely defeats the purpose of ‘fast’ food. The staff seemed disorganized, and rude when I told them I was there for a mobile order. The female employee said you’re supposed be be in the drive thru. Ma’am I had been waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru with no movement so I decided to come inside since the parking lot looked empty for the inside. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. The food wasn’t even worth the wait—items were lukewarm and sloppily prepared. Really disappointed and will think twice before coming back to this location. Hwy 81 McDonough Ga

For $21 I had to pull around and wait on my food. If I have to wait on food then my food should be HOT and FRESH. My Nacho fries were lukewarm and could have been cooked longer. The nacho cheese sauce was piping hot. My Chicken Quesadilla was BURNT 😡😡 and it had dirty burnt leftover food from whatever was cooked previously or the time before that 🤢🤢. Please clean your cooking surfaces. You don't ever have to worry about me coming back. $21 is not a little bit of money for 2 Quesadillas and 2 nacho fries. DO BETTER!!! I have food allergies and not cleaning your cooktop is nasty. And yes I had to take a Benadryl because I was itching. 🤔🥺

Good grief……where’s the beef in the tacos???? Taco Bell should look for another supplier for the hard shells. By the time you get them home (9 minutes away) they have fallen apart. The workers are the sweetest though

Only want to rate the mexi melt so I most say in the 80 it was amazing the pico was what sold it fresh and perfect amount of products I worked for yum brands for years was excited when my sister shared it was back came the same day it tasted nothing like it should team needs training on how to make the product definitely fause advertiseing of a great product

Waited in drive through line for over 45 minutes, there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I got in line. Looked like there where only 2 people working. Terrible! Because of curbs couldn't get out of line. Trapped!!
