This Taco Bell always has some sort of excuse. They try to cheat their system that tracks how quickly they get orders out by holding you at the first window and don't send you forward until the food is ready which is not quick, don't know why they call it fast food.
Tonight, since they seem to hire the best of the best and there's only two of them because God forbid a manager come in to help out when they need to they are prioritizing DoorDash over the people that actually pull into their drive-thru. If you don't have DoorDash tonight and you go through their drive-thru you can just forget about eating there.

Slowest Taco Bell in Henry county. They don’t have a sense of urgency either. Ordered 4 items why is it taking 30 mins. My food wasn’t even hot long as it took too. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Corporate will be called and the manager was rude and decided to just shut down the whole store. Sad when customers have to call the cops to get a refund I will be calling corporate.

I usually have a great experience at Taco Bell, but tonight, a girl with bright red hair rushed me to order and at the window. She kept closing the window after each statement, not allowing me to respond. She should be in the back, not the first contact with customers. She’s unprofessional and needs training on customer service, especially since I usually get great service here.

This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The portion of meat isn’t even to feed a newborn baby. They never put your sauce in the bag. Don’t go there!
Usually when my husband goes here he goes through drive through and when he gets to the food window and the guys working drive through always tell him to back up in between windows (so it stops the timer or something and they walk off with his card out of view) so today we decided to go inside to order so we didn’t have to deal with that. The ladies working today were lovely. Very friendly and professional. Much better experience. We recommend to everyone going to this location to just park and go inside. Thank you for the better service today 🤗

Store manager argued with me when I had my receipt that the burrito i was missing was in the bag when intact it was not..... I had to take each item out and go through it and show where I had 2 of the same burritos on the reciept and only 1 in the bag and she kept telling me I was wrong..

I can’t believe how long I had to wait at this Taco Bell. It took 40 minutes to get my mobile order at a fast food restaurant! That completely defeats the purpose of ‘fast’ food. The staff seemed disorganized, and rude when I told them I was there for a mobile order. The female employee said you’re supposed be be in the drive thru. Ma’am I had been waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru with no movement so I decided to come inside since the parking lot looked empty for the inside. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. The food wasn’t even worth the wait—items were lukewarm and sloppily prepared. Really disappointed and will think twice before coming back to this location. Hwy 81 McDonough Ga
