Waited an hour for a mobile order. I’ll give them credit that they gave us a free drink. But that doesn’t excuse waiting an hour for 8 tacos. Shame cuz the drive through was zooming. Corporate needs to prioritize in store as much as drive through because this is unacceptable.

I go about 15 minutes out of my way to this Taco Bell, to avoid one down in Locust Grove. Most of the time the food at the Hampton Road location is what it should be. Now I understand why there's always a line here, because it's one of the better Taco Bells in the area. The employees are usually friendly. I've had very little complaint about any food that's been made here. The only thing I've experienced is they seem to have a hard time making their crispy cantina tacos the right way. That one item is usually a little soft, like maybe they're not cooking it long enough, but overall I've had a good experience here. I would recommend this location to anyone curious about it.

This Taco Bell has the BEST customer service. Every person that comes to the window is very polite, patient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and the food is always fresh as well. 5 stars!

The girl at the drive thru was very rude we couldn’t hear her on the mic so when we pulled up we let her know he sorry your mic is going in and out and she looks at us and goes ohhh wow I took the whole order so my husband said there’s no need to be rude we are just trying to let you know and she looked at us and said pull forward to one so I asked for the manager when I asked for the girls name she hesitated and said Taylor but on the receipt it says Rohan H. While the manager was talking to us she looked over and rolled her eyes so I said you need to move her if she’s going to be rude and she rolled her eyes at us there is no need to be like that rude and disrespectful when we were just trying to let the know the mic is going out
