Was really exp here. Service was fast, the staff really friendly, and the place was very clean. Thai is my top Tacobell to go to just for the service and friendly staff
The girl at the drive thru was very rude we couldn’t hear her on the mic so when we pulled up we let her know he sorry your mic is going in and out and she looks at us and goes ohhh wow I took the whole order so my husband said there’s no need to be rude we are just trying to let you know and she looked at us and said pull forward to one so I asked for the manager when I asked for the girls name she hesitated and said Taylor but on the receipt it says Rohan H. While the manager was talking to us she looked over and rolled her eyes so I said you need to move her if she’s going to be rude and she rolled her eyes at us there is no need to be like that rude and disrespectful when we were just trying to let the know the mic is going out

For one. I did a DoorDash and I place my order 30 mins ago and my driver had been waiting 20 mins . She asked them how much longer and the young boy got smart with her . Then when my food was done they just threw it down to her . Like do better this not the first time the customer service was bad . Get rid of these little ass kids with attitudes .
I'm in the drive thru. Waiting to pay. Have been in the line of 4 cars for over 30 minutes til this point. That's not having any consideration for anyone else's time. I've never sat in a Drive-Thru line for 40 minutes before, not even during peak hours at any drive-thru.

Ordered in the drive thru, got told to park in one of the handicap spots. Waited 30 minutes for 2 burritos that came out soggy and with barely anything in them. Close this place down if the wait time is this excessive.

DONT GO HERE!!! My husband has a food allergy towards tomatoes very severe & I requested for them to not be on there politely ofc and they proceed to put it on there and went back to let them know they had an attitude towards me and threw food and drinks at me ! SO DISRESPECTFUL! I will never return my husband could have ended up in the hospital!

The managers were in the parking lot smoking weed and the team members were struggling to keep up with the orders and move the line. This has happened on 2 occasions that I have been to this location, I asked the cashier for the names and was told Leena and Brianna. This needs to be addressed!!

Came around 9 pm and line was decent (3cars in line). Food was okay. However, it took way too long to make 3 soft tacos and Mexican pizza. Got to the order screen, no one said anything. Had to call out 3x before they took my order. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Managers are outside smoking marijuana in the car but running back inside once they realize they’re was a line building up. Unprofessional and rude!!! Nasty attitude!
