I will tell you that after almost 50 years of eating at Taco Bell. This is the most challenged location to get your food. You might have better luck in getting a shotgun and hunting your own chicken and buying your own barbecue.
The last five times I’ve been here there has been some sort of incident. One was a customer getting aggressive with the staff about a gift card that wasn’t working. Another was the self-serve ordering kiosks were not working correctly.
Another time was that the drive-through so backed up, so I walked into order and they said they’re not taking orders at the counter and I have to go to the drive-through.
There were more instances of that kind of fun, but I’m not gonna get into all of that.
now as of two nights ago, we went at about 930 at night when they’re usually open at the drive-through and it’s a sign saying closed for training. There’s nobody in the location and hasn’t been for many nights. Not sure if it’s a health department closure or they can’t get enough staff or they didn’t pay their bills. I owned a restaurant so that’s what you put on your window sometimes when you have other problems.
I would say an overhaul is needed and I wish I could have the energy to turn this location around, but I just don’t have it in me. Looks like the gas station owner might own this location and he’s probably not a food service type of person.

Multiple times at 11 said there system is broken . I literally had to beg them to make my food as I didn’t want to cook when I got home . Worked all day and simply didn’t want to cook . They. Lied multiple times about there system being down and I called them out that they have done this before because they close at 12 . I asked for a quesadilla and they said they already cleaned the grill that makes them . -10/10

they make tacos with bare hands, they have literally dropped pizzas, crunchwraps, and quesadillas on the floor and still served them to customers , lack of management and coordination, orders are constantly wrong and messed up!! Don't waste your time or money

Placed an order online for Pizza Hut went to pick up, one employee was with his family totally understandable, but another employee came from behind the counter I asked who do I talk to about my order she proceeds to give a nasty attitude I asked well how do I get the help I’m suppose to get if one employee is talking with his family and kid and another employee is giving me attitude about asking who do I speak with so to the corporate office manager this is why a order was placed for 90$ and and never got picked up because you have rude employees who doesn’t respect customers at all I was the only person in line another lady was waiting for her food to the side, I was suppose to pick up at 12:02 I got there maybe 12:10

Worst customer service .they didn’t make my order after saying they start making for 40min ,as we ask for refund they start showing attitude and saying we can’t give you refund .
OK, You Judge: I order a Mexican Pizza: A good 10m, not my complaint. I get the Bag look inside, and there is abox for the "Mexican Pizza" But no "Mexican Pizza It was out of the box sitting at the bottom of the bag. I know should have taken a Pic. I did not. However, Order here carefully. But I will say they seem to have so many social things going on no way they can do any work.

12+ minute wait on the new nuggets while the drive thru line stacked up. Picked 2 sauces, received 3 dipping sauces that they thought were better choices. The sauces that I received were not my style. The nuggets were hot. UPDATE: Out of the 10 hot nuggets, 2 of them were hot crust containing no meat.

Incredibly slow. Took 30 mins for them to fix 6 tacos and 2 drinks. Never have sauce on the floor. Have to request everything. Napkins, sauce, tea, etc.

All around bad experience. Our order was not right. The dining area needs a serious cleaning. 4 people came in while we were eating complaining about how their orders were wrong. One guy was still waiting on his order he originally ordered into the drive thru didn't get it and came inside and was still waiting when my family left. One lady had a call in order for a pizza. She was told no sorry we don't have it and they the worker just walked away. I have never experienced such an unorganized place like this. Not to mention the workers standing there just putting each other down to the customers.

We frequent this taco bell fairly often. They're one of the only locations i know of that has the chili cheese burritos. We ordered some tacos (paid for EXTRA beef) no lettuce, hardly any beef on them....my chili cheese burritos had hardly any chili and was stuffed with cheese. Our chips came with no cheese... Very frustrating as we spent almost $40....
No comment. Not satisfied.
