The snail is much faster than the employees. The word slow would be very proud for them of fast food they have absolutely nothing, wait 45 minutes to receive my order it’s a shame this place really

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are super slow. Waited 35 min for my mobile order. They take the orders of the drive thru first before taking care of people inside. One customer dropped her order and left because she was waiting so long. This is not the first time this has happened, it has happened multiple times

Slowest fast food restaurant. This is the 3rd time I experienced this slow service at this Taco Bell. Don’t expect anything on time, this may be a Taco Bell when you are on a vacation. It sucks overall, vegetarian orders are usually not right. I will go to nearby Taco Bell.

It’s posted that they are open until 2AM. I get to the drive-thru speaker and the gentleman said they are only accepting DoorDash orders. I had to pull into a parking spot, order my food, then get back into the drive-thru. This process was annoying and took way too long but I was hungry after getting off work late.

The food was fresh but the nachos were loaded with beans. I placed my order at 508 but received it at 539. The had me leave the drive thru and do to the mobile parking. After waiting for about 10 minutes I walked into the building. At that moment a young lady gestured to a young man and he then walked over and gave me my food. He then made it a point to tell me the food was fresh. I wish i could say i was shocked but after seeing nothing but teenagers i totally understand the lackluster service. The drink fountain was also dirty.

Drive thru employee Brittany A. had a hard time giving my correct change back 2 times. Don’t confuse her by giving her coins to make the transaction easier for you. Simply unbelievable what just happened.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years and have never been greeted with this bad of service. When ordering items on the menu, was told they don’t even have those items. When at the pick up window, the cashier was talking with what appeared to be her manager about quitting and him quitting as well. They even tried to debate with me with what I ordered since they handed me the wrong box. Ended up waiting so long in line and even longer at the window for less than 4 items. Sad to see this place go so down hill.
