Let me start with the positive first. The guy in the drive thru was very nice. That is why I gave 2 stars. OK, now for the negative. I decided to go in and order but nobody was taking orders. Only orders were being taken at the kiosk. I had a hard time using it and nobody offered to help me even though they could tell I was having a hard time. I have to take some blame in that because I didn't ask for help. I left and went to my car and decided to go through the drive thru instead. I placed my order there with no problem. When I got to the window I asked if I could add refried beans to my order was told they didn't have any on the menu. I don't know about now, but I used to order them all the time. After getting home I did a little research and it said that Taco Bell does in fact still sales them. I got my food and it was stone cold! They also left out my sauce packets. This was my first time at this location and reading previous reviews, it will probably be my last. I still love Taco Bell. I will just go to a different location.

Ordered pickup went to pick up she told me to pull up and we ended up waiting almost 20 mins before I decided to go in myself and the cashier was over the counter on her phone, everyone was chilling. I’d get if they were busy but they didn’t have customers, rightfully so. No one knew where the order was and when I did get it it was cold ofc; it was a mess for no reason.
Oh and it was burnt!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Literally came in through the drive through originally asked for a bottle of water, the person whom took my order is the same one who checked me out and stated very non professionally and said we don’t sell bottles of water. I apologized and asked for a sprite. Got to the window, paid etc, she the states, who gets one taco? And closes the window. Cashiers name is on receipt Hailey A. NEVER AGAIN! A

Terrible experience. The drive thru line was ridiculously slow. The workers seemed more interested in their cellphones than working. When we pulled up to the window after waiting more than 30 mins, there was no apology offered for the long wait. Rather, the worker handed us our drink then went right back to her phone while we continued to wait for our food. I hope customer service improves at this location. Whether the issues were due to being short staffed or something else, the customer service was just awful.

I just got an Uber Eats order from here and The Doritos Tacos tasted like they had some chemical on them or were just like totally rotten or outdated. Left such a terrible taste in my mouth. Second bad fast food experience in one week. Totally done with fast food.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are super slow. Waited 35 min for my mobile order. They take the orders of the drive thru first before taking care of people inside. One customer dropped her order and left because she was waiting so long. This is not the first time this has happened, it has happened multiple times

It’s posted that they are open until 2AM. I get to the drive-thru speaker and the gentleman said they are only accepting DoorDash orders. I had to pull into a parking spot, order my food, then get back into the drive-thru. This process was annoying and took way too long but I was hungry after getting off work late.
