First time at this location.....and it didn't disappoint. Food was great as it should be....had a little hiccup, as we got a wrong item, but the crew was so polite and quickly corrected it. Will definitely be stopping more often. Thanks!

Lazy workers are tricking sensor drive times by asking customers to drive forward and backward so the timer resets. Maybe have the food ready to give out instead of talking with your co-workers.

Witnessed the manager at night berating her employees for her own mistakes, calling them names and being quite vulgar and racist towards the white kid who was obviously the only one who was trying. The store was nasty, my food was both cold and incorrect. Awful experience, please stay far away

This is one of the better Taco Bells in the area. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and they actually put meat and cheese in/on your order!!! Food is always hot and fresh. Napkins and sauces are always available.
Parking: Lots of parking at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available.

Why is it that when making a mobile order through the app when you select asap and in store for pickup they confirm your order is ready for pickup and then you still have to wait cause they haven’t made your food? Service sucks staff are rude and are to busy flirting and playing on their phones only reason I go to this location is because of the convenience of being near my job

Since moving back to Blue Ridge this was my third trip to this Taco Bell and I’m not sure that I will ever go back. They’ve never, ever gotten my order right and just don’t care. They’ve literally shrugged their shoulders and said “oh well.” The last order was nearly $40 and they gave me two soft tacos and some cinnamon things….not remotely my order and I got “oh well.”

Do not come here if you want what you ordered. They took forever in the driveway, then told us to pull into the parking lot. Took them 20 more minutes just to give us the wrong order. Funny thing? This is the 2nd time we’ve been, 2nd time they’ve messed up our order.
