Loved our server Kailey today. She waa attentive and thoughtful. I had the Southwest wrap. One thing that would have made it better would be to have a southwest or chipotle ranch in it (or on the side) instead of the honey chipotle dressing. Their ranch for dipping is so good!

I ordered togo and Im glad I checked my order the kitchen messed up my order TWICE. So be careful with takeout! My order still wasn't what I requested but I didn't want to press my luck with the kitchen....

Little to no vegan friendly options. My husband had wings he didn't like the taste nor the cook very much. Not his first time, was my first visit. I don't think we're going again. I really hate saying that.

They say first impressions are everything and let me say this establishment was truly everything! We were visiting family from Miami and initially headed to Miller Ale House but saw this off the street and wanted to try something we don't have in Miami.
The atmosphere was welcoming, spacious, and warm. The food was awesome...try those honey drizzled brussel sprouts! They are chef's kiss 💋 and I don't care for brussel sprouts LOL 😆 But what I want you to know is how absolutely amazing Robert was, our server. He showed us above and beyond impeccable service. It left such a lasting impression on us that I told him I would leave a review but took it a step further before we left (out of sight from Robert ðŸ¤) & told the manager about his stellar service and the entire experience (food, ambience, etc.)
Please visit this place! Hope you enjoy your experience just as much as we did ours. 🤗
Update: Boy has this place took a turn for the worse. The ambiance and TV's are still great. The food would be great, if the workers actually cared about it. Does the owner/manager still read these reviews. The last two times we got our food to-go. The order was wrong. Not like one thing was wrong, it was multiple things. Missing fries, drums instead of flats, flats instead of mix wings. Who you got back there reading the tickets?? They gotta have dyslexia or something, because the confusion is extremely overwhelming. The bad reviews here are all correct, we all literally have the same exact issue. I've been a long time customer, since Taco Mac in Virginia Highlands. Get this crap together here or we'll never come back.

We visited this evening (January 4, 2025) with my family, and it was by far the worst experience that we have ever had. The restaurant was maybe 1/2 to 3/4 full and I have had a better experience when every table was filled. Drinks took forever to come out, our table's food came out in shifts and even the meals weren't complete and some were not even warm when they came out. Several meals had their sides come out after the meal had already been eaten.
In addition to the aforementioned, there were several guests that were congregated around the computers that are used for checking guests out by running their cards or taking cash. This should never happen, especially since the previously mentioned guests had already relinquished their tables and settled their tabs.
Throughout all of this, there was no manager in sight. Come to find out both managers were in the kitchen and neither on the floor able to help customers.

I’ve lived 10 mins away for almost 2 years and we decided to try it out. The server was very nice, he seemed shy so I don’t fault him at all for the actual food quality. The food was cold, wings, fries, even my rice was cold. We came and there was literally 8 people in the whole restaurant. It took almost 45 mins to get our food. We order drinks and that took forever as well. I’m highly disappointed i my experience and I would pass on any in the future unless the quality of the food is better. Like I said my server was great, but I’m paying for hot and fresh food and we didn’t receive that at all.
