Wow! Where is this place? It looks like a great venue but when I punch it in on Google maps it directs me to a small, scary old house off Daily Mill Rd. This place is definitely not the venue I see in photos. Lol. You will be sadly disappointed to show up at this house. Some say a "Creepy Larry" lives there and warned me "not" to eat his food. Please, could someone steer me in the direction of the Alexander House and not "Scary Larry."

The venue and staff were nothing short of amazing! I cannot wait to get them to cater again! Everyone still talks about how good our food was for our wedding! I can't stop thinking about it either. Everything was perfect that day! You will not be disappointed! Best food staff and venue hands down!
Nice venue, especially for an outdoor event. The entire staff is gracious and accommodating. The venue is lovely and the food is very good. So very nice to have such a quality venue on the south side of town. Having been an event planner for many years, I know what to look (or look out for) in a venue. I assisted my friend with her daughter's wedding at Alexander House last weekend. Aaron and Sheena were very flexible and professional. My friends were at ease with the process from the very beginning of the planning, thanks to Aaron's calming demeanor. Everything was delivered as promised...with a smile. The hard-working staff never stopped smiling and were very professional and easy to work with. This is not a cookie cutter, you must do it our way venue. Very refreshing for south of I-285! The facility is very clean and well organized. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food was very good for a wedding buffet and there was plenty. They have a rustic charm that is very appealing to a Bride, or any client. I understand that they host many types of events and also cater all over the city, under The Grand Gourmet. All in all a very well run and great place to host a variety of events.

Words can't express how wonderful Aaron and his team were. It was everything we needed and so much more! He's a life saver for sure! The venue was absolutely perfect for our intimate wedding and everything went amazing. The place was stunning. Anything we needed was brought to us immediately. A glass of water, a ladder, someone to find your bouquet or calm your nerves! He did it all! It was everything I imagined and more. I can't recommend The Alexander House and The Grand Gourmet enough. For bigger or smaller events! They went above and beyond any expectations! Give them a call!!!!

While I was not able to attend, y'all made sure that my mommas party was amazing. As Sheena and I talked about it, y'all have been apart of many important moments for our family: 50th and 60th birthday parties, a wedding rehearsal dinner and apparently a "pregnancy announcement". Y'all are amazing and I will recommend y'all to anyone and everyone and will continue to be a repeat customer!
