stop on the way home from work and the ribs are the best I've ever eaten. will stop again. I saw someone post that he may be selling his smoker. I hope that's not true because it's 10/10 for me on his ribs. going back to try the sausage and chicken tonight !!

The service is excellent. Friendly, prompt and professional. I had the ribs, macaroni and regular cheese (they also offer lobster Mac and cheese) and greens. The ribs were OUTSTANDING! Tender, flavorful, and moist. The greens and macaroni were decent too. I will definitely try them again. I would even recommend others who like BBQ give them a try. NOTE: I wanted brisket, but they don't have that option everyday on the food truck. They do have a brick and mortar location in McDonough, GA that I am going to make my way to. The owner's wife and daughters run this location. (Support small businesses)I not only enjoyed the smile and service from the owner but also I loved the story of his grandmother "Aunt Ruby" who taught him to cook. This is one family business I stand behind.

This is my first visit. I have been looking for some really good Chi-town RibTips (Chicago) from back in the day type ribs, these are so dang close, juicey & tender, and the sauce is pretty good too. Some of the reviews mention the price well if you want something cooked with love and cooked well, then this barbecue could be a treat for you. Don't miss out on some really good cooking when it is so hard to find and find in your area mine Snellville, I didn't mind the drive to Lithonia to give it a try and I had no idea how much the price was going to be. You always take a chance when it is a eat out night. I'm just saying!My family and I got the tips which was an entire slab so there was plenty for left overs for the next day. The sides were just as good. I mentioned the ribs most because that is why I tried The Rib Kage.To the owner Love the atmosphere Stay Cool?
