Took my daughter to get a smoothie the other day after an appointment. Stood at the register while 2 girls were talking then one acknowledged us and walked up to the register but wasn't friendly or welcoming. Placed order. She actually walked the drink out to us to hand to me and i said thank you and left. My daughter says why were they soo mean. She tried the smoothie it was watered down. It looked liquidity. Didn't feel like turning around to ask for another. Mental note, never go there again and it was my first time at that location.

I ordered at the last minute not realizing they closed at 9 PM. As soon as I realized, I rushed over and right at 9 I received a call asking if I was still coming. I thought that was great customer service. When I arrived, the staff was just as pleasant and helpful in person, even though it was the end of the night and they were getting ready to leave.
Whoever is managing this location is doing an amazing job with the team that was on staff tonight!

I have been all over the city to each different franchise and I must say that this one is among the best! Morning shift is always upbeat and helpful. Keep up the great work!
It’s honestly disappointing to come into an establishment and be completely ignored. I brought my daughter in to purchase a simple smoothie, yet we stood in line for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Employees came to the register, looked directly at us, and still said nothing. Even other customers seemed confused by the lack of service.
It would be great if this location hired staff who are passionate about their jobs and genuinely care about providing good customer service. The workers here often appear to have attitudes and seem uninterested in helping customers, which really affects the experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Who in the right mind puts all minors in charge of a store all week long with these nasty bad attitudes. Don’t greet customers, rude at the register, drinks are very watery like, fighting every other day disturbing other companies next to them. This store is a hot mess and corporate will be notified.

I'm here this morning and the customer service is terrible! No greeting from anyone when I entered the empty store and cashier is unfriendly with an attitude! I was glad when store opened near me but the atmosphere at this location first thing in the morning needs some work! They cashier brought my food, dropped it in front of me and walked away! Terrible!

My boyfriend and I are very cool people however, our cashier rubbed both of us the wrong way. She was very rude especially when my boyfriend was unsure about how to order an açaí bowl. She came off as trying to get mad at him because he didn’t order a specific bowl on the menu, instead of trying to educate him on what he should order. Her name is Chelsi T, and her attitude was very nasty.
