I ordered at the last minute not realizing they closed at 9 PM. As soon as I realized, I rushed over and right at 9 I received a call asking if I was still coming. I thought that was great customer service. When I arrived, the staff was just as pleasant and helpful in person, even though it was the end of the night and they were getting ready to leave.

Whoever is managing this location is doing an amazing job with the team that was on staff tonight!

I've ordered in the store and online so far. My order is always correct. One of the staff helped me make my drink to fit my needs because of my many allergies. I'm grateful 👍🏽😄

I patronize this Tropical Smoothie location a few days a week. The restaraunt is clean, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. I recommend trying the wraps and the smoothie of the week if this is your first time coming.
