A unique 50s theme Chick-fil-A! This location has the same excellent service, great food, and all your usual menu items but the building is themed to a 50 style diner. Seating inside is available in a replica street car, as well as in a full service section, something you don’t normally see at Chick-fil-A.

Lost order then got it wrong

We always visit Truett's when we're in town because it's one of the only places to get a salad with their famous "house" dressing.

The food was hot, fresh, and came out really fast but our waitress was inattentive, more interested in her cellphone or chatting with coworkers, and was upset when we asked another waitress for our check and refills.

This is a change up from the Chick-fil-A's that we have in Florida. It has a cool aesthetic. Our serve, Madison, was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Over a great experience.

I wont be back for awhile. Staff was very rude and after ordering it took 30 minutes in the drive thru , how? Not acceptable

I came inside was next in line and the front cashier Jim he was so chatty I had to sit down wait for him to finish a full blown conversation with guests he acted like he didn't even see he had a line nobody opened a second register and I had to leave hungry. Even the mans wife was embarrassed she couldnt make them wrap it up or at least step aside n continue the conversation. You have to have the patience of Job to deal with the front counter.

Update: Jim if this is a whites only chick fil a just say that this is my second rude interaction with him.

For the Honey Pimento Cheese sandwich to be $2 more than a regular chicken sandwich, the amount of pimento cheese I received was extremely meager.

Do better or decrease the price (see photo).

Worst chickfila drive thru. Order wrong last 3 times I've been through, rude, non caring staff. Drive thru time much longer than other chickfilas.

We have to visit Truett while in town. My grand-babies love it.
Chicken nuggets are always the best. Fries, Mac and cheese with a side of fruit.
We had to end it with shakes!!!!
The stuff is always so friendly.
The clean atmosphere keeps us coming back.
The food is very consistent and tasty!!!
The babies love to watch the train travel through the restaurant.

First and last time at this location. There was literally a dirty bandaid in my bag. In a place that should be wearing gloves, how does a bandaid happen to fall into my bag. I threw the entire meal away and will no longer support chick fil a. This is disappointing disgusting and disrespectful. Still awaiting a response from corporate.
