I stopped here for a quick pickup and a restroom break. The app said my order was ready but it was not in the pickup location because a staffer was walking around looking for me. Needless to say, my fries were very cold.

Stopping here was such a treat! First of all, the staff are just so friendly and amazing. They are well trained, but still personable. Everything came out quick, but nothing felt rushed.

I had to try something special, so I got the spicy chicken and waffles and it was amazing. Everything about it was perfect and I loved that I still got pickles with it. Speaking of, the fried pickles are to die for! Crispy but packed with flavor, and the breading doesn’t just come off at the slightly touch.

I wish I lived closer bc I would come here all the time if I could!

I’m not lying, this is what was inside my bag when I got home to serve my kids dinner! When I called I was disappointed there was no apology just offering a free sandwich. I would rather feel like you main concern was discovering how a bitten sandwich ended up inside my order. This wasn’t a question of if I was seeing things, this sandwich was clearly eaten from.

The chicken and waffles were great and the omelette that my boyfriend had was cooked perfectly, so the food really isn’t the problem here. The issue was the way we were treated. Mr. Jim’s attitude made the atmosphere uncomfortable from the start, and our waitress Tracy only added to it. She barely checked on me and my boyfriend the entire time, but had no problem constantly tending to the white couple sitting right behind us. Being ignored while watching others get attentive service made the whole experience feel dismissive and disrespectful. Good food isn’t enough to make me come back after that. I’ll stick to Truetts in fayetville!

I had a taste for chicken and waffles and this place NEVER disappoints. Service was prompt and courteous- as ALWAYS and the food was DELISH... as ALWAYS! I mean, it Chick-fil-A! Enough said!😋

Food was pretty good, personal service was good. The only issue is had was they asked me pull forward and they would bring out my meal. 15 minutes later, I found out they forgot about my order. Overall pretty good location.

Such hospitality!!!! Stopped here 2 separate times and was impressed immensely with the tremendous customer service!!! Today was Anita!! Self initiative cleaning an area she saw needed attention. Much appreciated. Last visit was the kind older gentleman who greeted us And took our order.
The genuine care for their customers is so welcomed!! Thank you to your staff for an enjoyable stop during our travels.

Me & my dad stopped in due to me telling him how good this Chick-fil-A is compared to the regular stores... I always order the chicken-n-waffle & it never lets me down!lol. So every time im in town, best believe imma pull up & grab something.
