This was my very first time here, and the food was pretty good. But the service on the other hand was absolutely terrible, with the young lady taking my order not being very attentive to me when taking my order and paying attention to everything but me. I had to ask a couple of times if she was still with me. I never felt welcome walking into the restaurant, and that's a big deal for me. I may or may not return, because it takes more than just good food to keep me coming. After all, the food was just average in my opinion.

Bland, no flavor in anything i consumed. Home fries is just potato wedges cut into pieces, no flavor no onions, peppers to give it something. Toast with no butter, nor was I given any little condiment of butter. Shouldn't have to ask. Who wants dry toast? Never checked if I needed more water as I'm eating tough ribeye bland steak, dry home fries dry toast one cup of water will not suffice.

I absolutely love everything about Two Eggs. The food is phenomenal. This is now my new brunch spot. Also, shout out to Hampton, VA! Was born and raised there. Small world. Thanks for this treasure of a restaurant not far from home.

Saturday morning, 10AM and there is a DJ playing music in the restaurant. I don't know about you, but I don't see why that fits early in the morning at a family breakfast place. It was incredibly loud and was unpleasant to try and talk to each other plus it kept waking up my baby.The hostess was fantastic, and found us a table right away despite a long line due to the baby. However, that's where the good service ended. First we waited about 10 min without any server coming over. Then we were told by a server that our actual waitress is on break so she'll get our drink order in the mean time. We asked to place the order of food for our toddler right away and she assured us she did. We then waited to place the rest of our food with our assigned server when she came back. We then proceeded to wait another 35 minutes(!!!) from ordering for his kids meal to arrive, and a full 55 minutes for the rest of the food. Our waitress did not check on us or provide us updates on why it's taking so long until we started asking. The food, when arrived, was good. But overall, definitely NOT a place to take your kids, or even adults if you are hungry. At least not on the weekend.

I ordered my food at about 9:15 3/23/24. I know it’s busy on a Saturday so I waited about 45 mins before showing up to the store. Upon arriving I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk. I told her I was here to pick up. She asked me for my name went and looked at the food at the desk and said the girl was in the back bagging the food. Ten minutes went past I asked her if she alerted the girl that I was here waiting for my food. She assured me she was on the way. After 15- 17 mins the to go girl shows up with a bag of food that is not mine. She asks if anyone is here for pickup and I say “I am”. She asked for my name then turns around and picks up the bag of food that had been sitting at the counter the entire town. I asked here why did I have to wait for 20 minutes to get my food that was sitting here the entire time. She tells me the other girls can’t hand out food. I ask to speak to a manager, I explained to her what transpired and told here my food is now cold. She offered to remake my order and I said that was fine. I then sat down to wait for my food once again. As I’m waiting for my food the to go order girl is taking someone’s to go order then look at me and starts openly laughing. I then asked someone to get the manager for me again in which I just requested a refund. I love this place but to be humiliated like this by a kid is beyond me. I will not be returning unfortunately. You all have cameras at home the front so if you don’t believe me run the tape back and have a blessed day.
