Worst Waffle House experience ever!!!! Never going to this location again! Order was ready 40 min ago and no one said anything just letting me sit there!

Went to this establishment and ebony was our sever she was the worst. She was on her phone while our food was up & nasty attitude didn’t check up on us not once. We are good tippers we tip everywhere we go. We didn’t leave no tip which is a first for us. That how bad the service was. We also waited about 10 mins until greeted and it’s wasn’t busy.

I ordered take out. The food was good, according to my daughter, and it came out fairly fast, I had to wait a little but they were very very busy. Now I will say, I felt very guilty about not being able to afford a tip. I know some people pay tips on to go meals but I couldn't at this current moment and when I was waiting for my food, which wasn't for me but for my child, I couldn't even order food for myself at the time. But anyway, as I am waiting some of the servers were complaining about people not tipping on to go orders which immediately made me uneasy, now granted I was not the order they were referring to which was fairly large, but still, you never know someone's current financial situation. Had I had the finances to purchase food even for myself and my child I would have eaten in AND tipped because I believe in tipping when people are serving me, hence why I ordered to go because I couldn't. I was out of town running low on funds, so I couldn't just go get all the ingredients from the grocery store and make the food myself it would've been more expensive. I guess I would just like people to be mindful of others a little more because not everyone chooses not to tip just because and you never know who may hear your complaints maybe you can discuss your grievances more privately or quietly amongst yourselves because I literally wanted to crawl under a rock in that moment. But they all were friendly and said hello to patrons coming in the door, they cleaned to make space after a very large party had just left as quickly as possible, and they were very very busy. I would go again, but only if I had the money to tip otherwise I think I just will get Mcdonalds and sacrifice the fresh eggs.

This place has gone to the hood. If your waitress has long red braids, ask for someone else, anyone else, heck a bum on the street would do a better job. She WILL mess up your order after you repeat to her 3 times and she will not care at all. Will not be going there ever again!

I went to an interview at this place Monday at 2:00 and met with Tracy. I was excited because someone told me I may be able to make decent money while I'm up here staying with my sick dad. The young lady precedes to tell me that they're paying $3 an hour?? Then tells me the tips on the credit cards go on my check?? Everyone pretty much pays with their credit card for everything. I do not know anyone that pays cash for anything except for my dad so the Waffle House corporation has found a way to be able to tax your tips instead of giving them to you as cash like they should abd like each place should. I was thinking to myself are these people crazy but I just went ahead and told her yes I was interested so the interview could be over. I was in shock at the pay and thinking do you think I'm an idiot and she's telling me I need to clean the toilets and the floors which in my mind is the janitor's job not a waitress. I'm thinking these people are taking advantage of someone thinking that they're coming to the Waffle House to work because they have nowhere else to go. I am putting a call into corporate today and telling them of how appalled I am at this. I can't call the number to tell them I'm not showing up so they're going to see that I'm not coming in today at 9:00 like they thought I was. I would never work for that corporation ever in my life. She seemed like a nice woman this doesn't reflect on her but if I was the manager and that was how things were going at this company I would definitely try to find another job because this is absolutely ridiculous and downright disgusting shame on you Waffle House I'll be calling your corporate headquarters today and letting you know exactly how I feel I won't even go in that place and eat. I would not eat that crap anyways greasy disgusting food like I'm going to clean your toilets !!! YEA SURE ?

I have been to this location more than once but this time was unexceptable! I waited almost 10 minutes for some one to service me. Then when I finally got service all they could say was " ooh I'm sorry, I thought u had a to-go order. They apologized but it was too late. The food was good but the grits and eggs where cold. The only reason I didn't leave was because I didn't want McDonald's and I was burning time. Will I return... I don't know maybe. Or I will just go to a different location.

2nd time here and the staff has such a positive vibe. Makayla was our waitress bot times and she is so sweet and attentive. Only positive, uplifting things came out of everyone's mouth. So refreshing. Made a good start to my day
I stay around the corner from this location, so it's convenient for me. I dined in and ordered a T-bone steak, scrambled eggs with cheese, and hashbrowns with onions and mushrooms. Oh! And some Texas toast, lol. The best plate I've had in years from waffle house. The server and the cook Antonio were excellent.
Antonio the cook , is excellent, food was fresh and delicious. Server was also Great!!! Antonio works on weekends go visit!! Best Waffle House we have had in a long time.
