Paid 14 dollars for a big Dave combo with extra mayonnaise an the fries an burger was cold as ice, cheese just sitting on the bread an meat, just end up giving it to my dogs when I got home, wasn’t even edible.. slop wasn’t fit for a hog..

If you want to have the worst experience of your life, this is the place. I ordered my food at the window and was asked to serve at the front while the people in the back were getting their food. I got out of my car and went in to place my order, and the girl got mad as if I was asking for free. I will NEVER return and unfortunately there is no way to give it a star below zero.

I genuinely don’t know where to start with this place from the teenagers that work here to the manager who is in charge first thing first the manager himself treat the employees like they’re nothing and disrespects them constantly I always end up feeling bad for the Employees because like I said at the end of the day, they’re teenagers, but these are the same teenagers that I have seen carrying weapons while working, and the same employees who have asked me if I needed “za” Honestly, it’s to the point where I don’t even come here to eat. I just sit back and watch the chaos unfold.

Was asked to back up and pull forward again so that they could look like they served us quickly on their time clock when they did not. I’m fine with waiting another minute or 2 to make sure I get a quality burger. After doing that I received a burger with a stale bun. STOP pressuring your employees to be the fastest at the window, you should be encouraging QUALITY!
If you are the kind of person who likes your fries cold and your burger tomatoes hot this is the place for you. I swear I have never been served a hot fry From this location in well over a year. One thing they do nail every single visit is failing to have their drive-through equipment work properly, this leads to the customers being asked to back up and drive up to the window again. This location should probably be condemned, but I’m giving it two stars b/c every time I go there, I almost remember Wendy’s food tastes like.

Always out of the only two things I come here for. I work nearby, so this is a convenient place to drive to for me on my breaks and before and after work. They never have what I need. I see some posts like “hit or miss” but it’s always a miss for me. I go almost 3 times a week, and have only been able to get a potato twice and sweet tea twice. It’s never made or they never have potato’s. Tonight, again this week, I walk in and ask for a potato and they say they don’t have them. Same as last time, recommended I get a loaded fry, but I don’t ever get that. Only this time, my boyfriend noticed the potato’s in the kitchen area and pointed them out to me after I had ordered. Ridiculous and lazy. If you can’t hire people that want to work, what is the point of having a business. I never see anyone over here, always at the Burger King next door.

On the drive thru they always asked you to reverse unless they are using the metal tray to try to trick the system. They always do that to lie to Corporate. $$
