The food was hot but the service left a lot to be desired. I was overcharged but because I didn't want to deal with the young lady at the window I just took the loss. I'm still trying to understand why we were asked to back up to the first window when no one was there - after I had paid for our food and the young lady was still holding on to my change. I asked and she had no answer..when questioning my total the look was you are bothering me - the reason I asked was...

This Wendy’s never has ideas which are advertised on the website. Example: biscuits and gravy, apple pecan salad, honor advertised deals. The employees there come across as if they have been sentenced with work detail by the court.
