I went to this store in the evening before work, and decided I wanted to take the tomatoes off of my burger. I pulled it off to find the side of my tomato facing the bun had mold on it. I was offered a replacement, but why would I accept a replacement when all the tomatoes could've been in the same batch or container?
My food also came cold, even though the guy at the counter bagged it where I could see it.

You can never come to this location and not have to wait 20 mins for the food. Service is rude. Everyone mumbles. They rarely get orders right. I see why it’s 1.5 stars. Wish I could give zero.

Scariest things I've ever seen
The number for breakfast sandwiches off the chain other than that the people need to learn manners and how to talk to people and treat people and we only got three sandwiches and it was 20 something dollars ridiculous
I came on 9/17/25, manager explained that they were short of staff so my order would be a wait. She was very polite and helpful with assisting me in the drive through tonight. I waited no more than 5 minutes, and my food was hot and fresh!!! Syann and Bernice had great costumer service.

We just left Wendy's on Jonesboro Rd. We asked if the fries and the chicken nuggets could be fresh the young lady said yes! I ordered a #8 Asiago chicken Combo. Get to the windows paid get pulled down food comes out and the fries are old and stale!! They replaced them no problem! I get home and open up my sandwich and this here is what I got!!! The prices are to high for people that don't want to make the orders correctly and have a rude attitude about their job!!!! If you feel that you have the right to be nasty with patrons and not make the food the correct way!! THEN QUIT WORKING THERE SIMPLE!!!! YES YOU!!!! THIS PLACE WAS ONCE A GREAT WENDY'S TO EAT AT!!! NOT NOW!!! IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE SELECTION I WOULD RATE IT AS LOW AS IT WOULD ALLOW ME!!!!

Whoever the young ladies are that worked July 22nd at 8:45pm are rude, nasty at tasteless. Went through the drive through and asked her to repeat my order she cut my husband off and rudely started repeating the order back very nasty. She continued to be rude and then we had two sandwiches that were still wrong!!! The other girl that was at the window was giving us nasty looks right along with Mrs. Nasty pants!!!!
