We just left Wendy's on Jonesboro Rd. We asked if the fries and the chicken nuggets could be fresh the young lady said yes! I ordered a #8 Asiago chicken Combo. Get to the windows paid get pulled down food comes out and the fries are old and stale!! They replaced them no problem! I get home and open up my sandwich and this here is what I got!!! The prices are to high for people that don't want to make the orders correctly and have a rude attitude about their job!!!! If you feel that you have the right to be nasty with patrons and not make the food the correct way!! THEN QUIT WORKING THERE SIMPLE!!!! YES YOU!!!! THIS PLACE WAS ONCE A GREAT WENDY'S TO EAT AT!!! NOT NOW!!! IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE SELECTION I WOULD RATE IT AS LOW AS IT WOULD ALLOW ME!!!!

Whoever the young ladies are that worked July 22nd at 8:45pm are rude, nasty at tasteless. Went through the drive through and asked her to repeat my order she cut my husband off and rudely started repeating the order back very nasty. She continued to be rude and then we had two sandwiches that were still wrong!!! The other girl that was at the window was giving us nasty looks right along with Mrs. Nasty pants!!!!

Good morning Wendy’s, I ordered my breakfast on the app. I pull up to the drive through ordering kiosk. Voice tells me to pull around. I get to the second window. Associate asks me to back up my vehicle behind the post? I obliged. There was no “please” or “thank you” in her request. I pull up to the window again, after waiting for a while. I was given the wrong food. That got corrected. I was asked to move my vehicle forward to wait for my coffee to be brought out. Once again, no “please” or “thank you” was said. This is why I don’t frequent Wendy’s for breakfast. They just can’t get it right. How is it that the coffee was lukewarm, when I had to wait for it to be made?
I visited this Wendy's 2/28/25 for lunch. The guy at the counter, I could tell was new, but was very polite and courteous as he maneuvered through the pos. The manager Danielle, I believe was her name, was also polite! The food was fresh and hot, bathrooms were clean, and so was the dining room, the cups, straws, and lids area was clean as well. If you want to visit a Wendy's that is not a hot ghetto mess go here!!! Thanks for a great lunch experience

I went to eat with my 2 daughters and once we walked in we were nicely greeted by a guy named SETH.He took our order and was very respectful and polite.We dined in, and once we were heading out the door he told us to drive safely, he really got me with that comment.Its really hard to find these type of people that make you feel welcome and are not rude with an attitude.Give my man SETH a well deserved RAISE 😌

Please do not eat from this place after hours. This burger is not only old but the bread is soggy. The burger Pattie and bacon is old and dry. If it wasn’t so late I would drive back and return it.
