Good morning Wendy’s, I ordered my breakfast on the app. I pull up to the drive through ordering kiosk. Voice tells me to pull around. I get to the second window. Associate asks me to back up my vehicle behind the post? I obliged. There was no “please” or “thank you” in her request. I pull up to the window again, after waiting for a while. I was given the wrong food. That got corrected. I was asked to move my vehicle forward to wait for my coffee to be brought out. Once again, no “please” or “thank you” was said. This is why I don’t frequent Wendy’s for breakfast. They just can’t get it right. How is it that the coffee was lukewarm, when I had to wait for it to be made?

I visited this Wendy's 2/28/25 for lunch. The guy at the counter, I could tell was new, but was very polite and courteous as he maneuvered through the pos. The manager Danielle, I believe was her name, was also polite! The food was fresh and hot, bathrooms were clean, and so was the dining room, the cups, straws, and lids area was clean as well. If you want to visit a Wendy's that is not a hot ghetto mess go here!!! Thanks for a great lunch experience

I went to eat with my 2 daughters and once we walked in we were nicely greeted by a guy named SETH.He took our order and was very respectful and polite.We dined in, and once we were heading out the door he told us to drive safely, he really got me with that comment.Its really hard to find these type of people that make you feel welcome and are not rude with an attitude.Give my man SETH a well deserved RAISE 😌

Please do not eat from this place after hours. This burger is not only old but the bread is soggy. The burger Pattie and bacon is old and dry. If it wasn’t so late I would drive back and return it.

The workers have a nasty attitude when taking your order at the speaker. They have an attitude when you get to the window too. It’s almost like you’re inconvenience to them when you arrive. The heavy set girl at the window got mad and slammed the window shut just because my bf asked her if she had the sprite down for no ice. She said uh huh, rolled her eyes, and slammed the window and proceeds to put ice in there anyway. Then when I got my food they had thrown the food in there any kind of way. The sprite was absolute flat. It has a very odd taste to it. I would’ve brought it back but I didn’t feel like dealing with their horrible attitudes again and I have a long car ride home. I hate money was wasted on a drink that had to be thrown away because of the disgusting taste. I definitely will not be back and urge others to stay away from here as well. I should’ve went with my gut and went somewhere else.

I see why they are closing many locations because the service is trash. They get mad when they mess up the order. Also According to them you have to ask for napkins because they do not just give it.

Hamburgers are not like they used to be...more bun than burger.
My husband and I are on a trip and stopped here for breakfast this morning. We were the only people in line and when we got to the window we asked for a moment to look at the menu. The woman who was working the drive through was incredibly rude and impatient, she kept cutting me off as I was ordering and my husband and I absolutely would have left had we not already started our order and did not want to inconvenience their kitchen. The same woman was also incredibly rude at the window, and we did not receive one of our burgers. When we told her she argued with us until we handed her the bag back, she then proceeded to yell at the girl in the kitchen about driving up her drive through time. Overall, very unpleasant experience. We will not be back.

this has to be the worst wendy’s ever, and every time i find myself trying to give them another chance it’s always a flop. aside from them closing ALWAYS an hour or two before their suppose to, NOW their charging $1 PER sauce and NOT giving any sauce unless you have nuggets PERIOD. i just got a meal for FREE by using points and they told me in order to get any sauce i would have to have nuggets which my meal didn’t contain nuggets so i was then told it’s a $1 per sauce. why would i buy sauce when i didn’t even pay for the meal?? yea don’t go here.
