Polite staff but they don’t wear gloves when handling your fries at the window. Lots of fingers and hands brushing the backs of the fries/their container.

They don't close at 12. More like 11. And the workers have bad attitudes about it. The sign says drie thru 7am-12am clearly and another boasts open late. Idk if these kids are just shutting down early, but change your hours of operation to match your service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. When I got home and opened my salad, the lettuce looked old and spoiled — it even appeared to have mold on it. The leaves were wilted and hard, like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The chicken was also tough and dry, making the entire salad look and feel unsafe to eat.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. I decided to give it another chance, hoping things might be better this time, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. It’s very concerning to receive food in this condition, especially when it should be fresh.

This place is very poorly maintained. None of the bathroom soap dispensers or paper towel dispensers work. Staff ignored me at register for several minutes , noticed I was there and finally told me to order food at kiosk. Nobody seemed to care. Poor attitudes. Place is falling apart. Pathetic .

Ordered a biscuit for my coworker meal for myself and told them to keep the drink. For some reason the drive thru attendant decided, on her own, to put in a la cart, making my total nearly $2 higher than it should have been. Then, when questioned about it, the drive thru attendant repeatedly told me I want wrong about the pricing, until I got out of the truck and went to take a picture of the display screen. After that, she called the manager and lied, saying “he’s talking about the prices aren’t right on the board”. When she should have said “I didn’t put in his order the way he ordered it, and got caught overcharging folks”
Wouldn’t let me talk to the manager, either.

Won’t be back. Will be telling others to avoid. Could easily be avoided with some personal responsibility.

I want to take a moment to share my experience at this Wendy’s location. Earlier, I was very disappointed with China King across the street in the same plaza. Since I don’t live in this county, I often have to leave my area just to get food. After my bad experience there, I decided to try Wendy’s instead.

Even though there are plenty of fast-food options open, I chose Wendy’s because their chicken actually tastes like real chicken to me. I truly appreciate the freshness of my food and the staff’s effectiveness and communication — for example, they let me know the fries had just been dropped and I’d need to wait a little. That type of honesty goes a long way.

After already dealing with one bad experience that night, the last thing I wanted was another one. Thankfully, the night crew at this Wendy’s really came through. When the young lady taking my order wasn’t sure about something, another staff member immediately stepped in, explained what could and couldn’t be substituted in the Biggie Bag deal, and walked me through the menu more thoroughly.

I left feeling blessed by their patience and professionalism — so I made sure to bless them in return.

Horrible customer service...asked for help to upgrade my drink...no one helped or responded....one manager said she didn't have time and the other said she didn't know hove to do it and I would have to buy another drink....wow...I used to be a manager for Wendy's...

I went in today September 2nd 2025.... As I walked in I greeted the cashier with a smile said Hey how you doing, got no response,... Except for what can I Do for you over and over again... I said you're not going to smile and greet me?... She had a bad attitude and only wanted to be courteous to people that she felt like she liked because the guy that came in after me, she was much more polite to him, Customer service is a big party your job... you have to be courteous to everyone and not be selective....

Every time I come here something is wrong with their scanning system .i never can use my rewards or deals. No one goes over and beyond either. I asked for fresh nuggets, I received old tasting not crispy nuggets. Mind you it was a 20 pc. The manager acts like she doesn’t care . Bad customer service skills.

Fried cold and stale and look very old same as nuggets. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean treat paying customers like this. You never know what someone is going through and what was supposed to be a pick me up is a huge let down. Whoever was working tonight May 28th shame on you for thinking it's ok to sell low quality food to paying customers. I'd like to share picture of my food but I don't see an way how. I am very disappointed and sad because I am very hungry and instead of tasty food I have to eat this old stale trash smh.
