This place frequently closes 35-45 min early claiming they ran out of food. Got there at 12:00, waited in line for 20 minutes only for them to be closed because they have no more food at 12:23. Piss poor management and cold food

Literally just left, online says they close at 1 am. It was accident on 75 so I pulled up at 12:49 lady over drive thru intercom says they are only taking moblie orders and door dash i said ok because system is down. I said ok place order online at 12:53 goes thru drive thru no answer pull up to window waited another 5mins before the guy glass and dreads finally stop pretending he did see me to tell me they're closed through the window didn't even open it. I show him my phone told him I have a mobile order he refused kept saying we're closed and walks off. That's was completely rude and unprofessional worst part is I'm a Sous Chef at a hotel understand last minute costumers but I still treat them with respect and take care of their needs because at the end of the day they still made it before we officially closed. I know this isn't the standard of Wendy's customer service and I expected better.

I ordered a junior bacon and cheese burger and there was no bacon on it, The food was cold and I only had a few miles to go to get home, There were no napkins and I had to ask for ketchup.UPDATE:11-6-2024,This was the second time I got breakfast here,I got the chicken biscuit and potato wedges again,the chicken was not the same,it was like the cheap kind you buy at the store,I will not be getting it again,I should have went to McDonald's next door,and got the hotcakes and sausage platter.

Place is slow, manager on her phone talking and arguing with a customer on the phone talking. Waited for my order about 20 when there’s really no one inside. Saw one of the employees open a bag of cheese sauce with his teeth and throw it right in the bin to serve customers. Place is ghetto where all the teens hang out at. Giving it a 2 stars since the lady up front was very helpful and very polite.

I do not usually leave reviews but it’s always something at this Wendy’s. I came to get a quick bite bc I have food cooking at home. Just to get there and the girl at the window is deep into her phone she can’t hear. I said mobile order 4-5x just to get to the window and nothing made sense. Burger folded bad, missing nuggets, they didn’t have any BBQ or Sweet and Sour. They actually thought it was funny tbh. Pull off look inside the bag for fries and they didn’t even put enough in the SMALLEST size!!! I cannot make this up. Tried to get my money back Reggie couldn’t give a damn. I told him that im letting his manager and corporate know bc this is two meals back to back that they messed up. Rather than attempting to add more to this XXS fry I got (I haven’t ate any in the picture) he just gives a blank stare saying he can’t refund mobile orders. Like accommodate to avoid a negative review going steps above you??? Guess not though. It’s already slow at this location the least you can do is have supplies and customer service skills. Something. But again this is why I hardly eat out bc it’s no excuse for such behavior/acts. I’m a manager myself I know how it feels seeing negative reviews but this is beyond ridiculous. The service at this location literally never fails. Just shut it down atp.
