We waited in drive thru for about 30 mins with an additional 8 minutes waiting at the speaker for our order to be taken. We eventually left without placing an order. This is the second time we've received poor/delayed customer service. Do not recommend this Wendy's location. If I could give zero stars I would.

The drive/thru seemed to be in a shift change because they were very slow.
While the young man taking our order was extremely polite, they still forgot to put sauces with the order, and the burgers had a single shred of lettuce on them.
Overall, less than impressive.

Waited 20 minutes and they had a long line inside because they refused to give anyone service that was inside. They only worried about the drive-thru. Many of us left. We were behind 11 other people inside. We left like many others before us. They had a full crew inside but no one was willing to take our order. Ridiculous! You need to hire someone at the front register.

Check your order before you leave. Ordered a Baconator and got a burger with one piece of bacon on it and paid $15.10 for crap. Never going back unless all other options are unavailable. Remember to check your orders.

The girl with the black and blonde hair with the braids that’s taking orders for the drive-through, is absolutely horrible. She’s got a horrible Customer Service. She’s got an attitude. She’s doing the job but it shows that she really don’t want to do it. I pulled up, and I said hello twice after waiting for a while She told me to wait a minute for with such an attitude. her attitude was horrible. She gave me such an attitude if I can leave her with an advice it will be in Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.” I I was the operator I would take these reviews seriously that’s coming from a someone who runs businesses as well.
