If you don't have something on the menu you should cover it and not display it.
So I decided to try this Wendy's again. I can say it's even worse now. I placed my order inside and there was no one in line. And it's been 25 mins and I still have no food. This place's service is horrible. I can't believe anyone would order here. I'm done. Don't waste your time coming here unless you have hours to waste.

I ordered my phone through mobile order and paid. Now I’m here at Wendy’s by the new Publix and I’ve been here since 6:30 AM. It is now 6:48 and I still have no food. It is already paid for as a mobile order. She would not answer me at the drive through and would not come to the window after I knocked so I parked and got out to go inside. She stated she was alone and wasn’t ready to make the food yet. I asked why she couldn’t come to the window and she said she was in the back. Long story short I didn’t get the food I paid for until 6:49 AM!!! She called her manager, I assume, and said I was arguing with her. No, I just asked for the food I had already paid for!!!!

The food was great, but the customer service was not so great. I ordered a Krabby Patty and noticed that one of the workers coughed and did not wash their hands afterward. I'm so glad they didn't make my meal, but they should still wash their hands. It also did not feel very welcoming. The only pros I can give are that the food is great and my fries were hot.

The morning shift so called MANAGER at this location has TERRIBLE management and customer service skillls. I Paid $14 for 2 Cinnabons and 2 ice coffees. The Cinnabon looked nothing like the picture advertised that is shown popping out of the cup . It was the size of a small donut with a dollop of cream. I spoke to the so called manager on duty about the price paid and the size of the item. The manager specifically said he was not going to keep wasting the food item to remake it in other words he was saying I am going to take your money and I am going to give you what I have left and charge you a ridiculous price for this subpar food item. I am just sick of the Wendy’s at this location. So how about from today on I not keep wasting my money at this location because you are preparing and serving subpar food items and providing terrible service.

This Wendy's is the worst. Terribly slow service. DO NOT go in the dining room expecting any quicker service than the drive thru, you'll get even slower service than their ridiculously slow drive thru. But if you are masochist and decide to go inside, you'll be able to witness first hand the sloth-like staff that moves slower than molasses. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes up the road towards McDonough and get ANY OTHER fast food. I try to avoid this location whenever possible, I've only gone 3 times over the last 2 years and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it's terribly slow.

The manager, or whomever she may be, has walked past me at least 5 times and I still haven't ordered. They are transitioning from breakfast. It's 10:52am and I've been standing at the counter for 15 minutes. Corporate needs to make some changes. I think the ONLY reason anyone comes here is that it's the only fast food around.
