I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger (added lettuce) online. It was ready when I arrived (within the estimated time), and prepared correctly. Very tasty, but a little sloppy to eat (But I Really enjoyed it). I'll be back.

This is the third time this has happened and the second time from having it delivered, but it's like they just can't remember any kind of sweet item for an order. I always order 2 cinnamon rolls for my wife and I and it never ceases to fail that they don't put them in the bag. I understand it's busy there most of the time but at this point it's not forgetting, it's a habit now of just not putting them with orders. If I could just get my freaking cinnamon rolls (6 in total at this point) that would be great, thanks.

This was the worst burger I have ever tried to eat!! The meat was tasteless, no flavor what so ever!! The meat was room temperature. It was wrapped so loose that the burger fell apart in the bottom of the bag! The French fries were cold and my Coke was pure carbonated water, no Coke taste at all. The only redeeming thing were the onion rings, they were hot and good. They need to rename this place to: whatshorribleburger!! Seriously!!

The first burger I ordered was cold cheese not melted. Sent it back! The replacement burger was tasteless and skimpy. The only thing that was ok was the fries and they gave me those to make up for the terrible service. I had such high hopes. Turns out it was my first and last time, fo sho!! So disappointed.
If this isnt the worst restaurant ever!! I came this morning to get breakfast. NO one is in line and the workers are all standing together talking. I order my food and then they ask me to pull up and wait for my food. I AM the only one in line! Then I get home and my order is wrong. New employees need to be hired at this location.

I do not understand why people cant pull up to see the menu. I had never been to whataburger. I wanted to see the entire menu. I was told I could see a smaller menu the wait line attendant had. I asked if everything from the main menu was on it and was told no. I was then told I could pull up to a certain line and try to read the main menu from that. I cant pull all the way up to the line because it messes with there system. I asked about buffalo ranch sauce that was advertised. She said they didn't have that but then we could order a ranch and buffalo and mix it on our own. We wont be back.
