If I could give 0 stars, I would! Very unprofessional, extremely slow, and not one ounce of consideration in this place! I placed an online order at 11:00 to be ready for pickup for 1. I arrived at 1:05 and I had to wait for my order. I received my food at 1:25 and when I asked for an extra ranch he told me to wait back in line to purchase it after I had to wait 20 mins for an order I put in over an hour ago!!!! He wasn’t the less polite or understanding! So believe the reviews because I see no lies in them!

I had an issue in which a large fry as well two sides of sauce I paid for wasn’t in my order. When I arrived home and called Derick the manager. I was told to come back and they’ll refund that portion. After a few days I come back and Jasmine the clerk calls Derick to confirm. Next thing I know I was handed a fry which I didn’t want or ask for so I stated it was to be a refund and I’m told Derick isn’t here you have to wait until he arrives. Once I called back then no one would pick up the phone. It’s just crazy I drove all the way there and no one helped me for a mistake that they caused. Same owners for locust grove which has same service issues.

Some of our food was missing when we got home. We called and went back to the restaurant. It turns out that we left a bag of food in our large order at the store. They were amazing and offered to remake the food so it was hot. We declined but I appreciate the efforts.

Simple instructions given to the cashier for the way I would like my tenders tossed & the cashier looked me dead in the face, acknowledged my request & then proceeded to ignore me when I double checked to make sure the order was correct. Only to find out she was rushing everyone just to clock out. Disappointing service ever from a wing stop I've ever been to.

The general manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok with my order. I appreciate you sir,and your staff is very courteous. I do apologize,but I forgot your name.
The service was awful. I would advise everyone to eat somewhere else. The reviews are correct when they mentioned how awful this place is. The whole staff sucks. They left out all of our fries except the Large in our bag. We had to go back to get the items we were missing. They were acting nonchalant about not putting all our food in the bag and were snickering. Everyone from the kitchen came to the front of the restaurant to stare at us the whole time while we waited for them to hand us our fries. Every single employee on the clock literally stared us down until we left with our stuff. One of the employees had an attitude about handing us a new bag to put our stuff in since grease leaked out everywhere. Like it was an inconvenience to give us a new bag. You would think everyone would be kind considering how much money we paid. You could see them holding the greasy bag and laughing and talking about what happened as we were sitting in the car getting ready to drive off. I would understand if you were busy but it wasn’t even anyone in there besides from 2 other people. I’m never spending another dime here and encourage others to do the same. It’s other places in the area you can go to that won’t leave out your items you paid for or have nasty attitudes or talk about you (the paying customer). You can get way better service at these other places.

You try to patronage places that are known for good food, however this experience has been less than stellar. You place your order online ONLY to arrive and have to wait. My order was printed online but I got something different with one of the items. Make that make sense.
