Vivian was making my large pepperoni without a hair net and her long hair swept across my pizza and I requested it be remade she proceeded to mumble under her breath and swing her arms and then put the pizza that her hair touched back on the backing rack!!!! WEAR HAIR NETS its that simple!!

Today my family of 6 stopped to enjoy lunch at the Stockbridge location. We have 3 family members with an anaphylactic reaction to mammal meat and have been to this location a few times without issue. However, today the female manager had an issue preparing the 3 allergy pizzas in the back to avoid cross contamination. For this restaurant to claim to be allergy friendly, the manager sure was not when asked to keep us safe. We will not be back to this location

No one listens when I order a well done pizza from this place.

We've tried this location on 4 separate occasions. The last 2 weren't great and involved the same young man. He was expediting food tonight with an attitude and cross contamination issues. Our cooked pizzas were sitting out of the oven while he packed to go orders. The bingo host gave the workers a bowl of leftover candy and he rushed to grab a handful with his gloved hands running to a back area (touched the swinging doors as well). He didn't change out his gloves and finally served us our pizzas after one of the young ladies at the front yelled for him to expo the food. He threw our cold pizzas on the table and walked away. He displayed more issues to the extent that I suggest management take some time to observe his behavior via camera. As a former servsafe trainer, it's enough that we won't return.

Me and my 9-year-old visited this location and I ordered a kids meal and a 10-inch pizza. The employee making the pizza asked my son what toppings he wanted, and he chose pepperoni, pineapple, and banana peppers. After the pizza was made, we were told at the register that kids meals could only have two toppings—even though the first employee had already prepared it with three.
When I explained that I had ordered a kids meal and the pizza was already made, the cashier asked me which topping to remove. I didn’t know what to say, so instead of working with us, he picked off each banana pepper from my son’s pizza in front of us and threw them away. I still can’t understand why it mattered more for the trash can to have the banana peppers than for my child to enjoy his food.
On top of the poor customer service, the pizza itself was just average. We won’t be returning.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and there wasn't enough sauce or ingredients. None of the staff said hello or smiled once.
I decided to eat at Your Pie Pizza today, and it was honestly the worst experience. The pizza came out cold and completely disappointing. For a place that specializes in pizza, I expected at least a hot, fresh meal. Definitely not worth it.

I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased 3 pizzas, a sandwich, pasta bowl and wings, totaling a little over $100. The food overall is usually consistent with pretty good quality but not today. For the amount I spent, I would have thought the pizzas we received would resemble what we requested and not so scarce on the toppings. You’ll see from the pictures, this is supposed to be large pizza for $20.99 and it was more of a medium size. You make your judgement on the cost and quality. I love making positive reviews because I believe businesses don’t receive enough of them. But when the food is poor on quality for the cost, it shouldn’t be ignored. It was dry, the toppings seemed to be old and it was missing items from the list. I hope they do better for the next patron based on this feedback. I just wasted $100 bucks.
