The food was good, if a little salty. The Italian music set an odd vibe.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. First, the food was super dry, hard to swallow, and tasted like cardboard—completely lacking in flavor or freshness. On top of that, they automatically added an 18% service fee to the bill, which would be fine if the service or quality justified it, but it definitely did not.

When the server asked if I wanted fried rice or white rice, there was no mention that choosing fried rice would cost extra. I only found out when I saw the bill. That’s not okay—customers should be told about any upcharges beforehand.

To make matters worse, my glass clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It smelled and tasted like dish soap, which made the whole meal even more unpleasant.

Overall, between the dry, flavorless food, surprise charges, and poorly washed dishes, this was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they seriously improve both their food quality and customer transparency.

I went here for a friend's birthday dinner and it was really nice! The food our Hibachi chef was great and our server! The atmosphere was very pleasant 👌 we'll be going back in the near future.

Worst customer service and rudest staff I've encountered in years. It was so bad we'll not return to this location. Rude waitstaff, hostess, table sticky and very slow service. Waited 15 mins for water! What happened to treating the customers well and giving great customer service?
It was m daughter's birthday dinner bit we walked out before we ordered. Not to mention they attached an 18% gratuity. Not acceptable on any level! Go anywhere else but here. They used to be great but are rock bottom now for way to much money!

My wife took me for my Birthday on a spur of the moment. The first thing that hit me was the ambiance, it's thoughtfully laid out. The Hibachi stations are a little bit smaller than some other restaurants allowing for more intimate sessions and quicker dinner service. The wait staff was attentive and the chief did all the tricks customarily done but also read the room and adjusted his presentation for the audience. We tried the Lion King Roll (which was delicious) and Pork Belly Bao (which was a little too chewy) for our appetizer.

She had Steak/Shrimp/Chicken and I selected the Scallops and Salmon. The quality of the ingredients was great and the portions were adequate.

Definitely looking forward to returning to take advantage of the private dining area which was conveniently advertised on the TVs around the dining room. It's worth a visit if you like hibachi, and you're in mcdonough.

We hadn't been in years. So, we decided to celebrate here. We were seated quickly, but waited a very long time for menus. When we noticed people seated after us had menus, one of us went to the front to request menus. The person returned without them and stated an employee looked, but carried on with their conversation. Eventually, someone came to take our drink order. We asked for menus. We were advised to use the barcode on the wall. Nobody else had to. Needless to say, ordering was difficult; I didn't have my phone. I also noticed the same employee gave menus to customers after she refused us. The food came. It was just ok. I remember when the food was good. Overall, we were not happy. Gratuity was added automatically. Doing so, forced us to pay for subpar service.

My appetizer came out with my check, there were extra drinks added that we did not order and they still put an 18% surcharge on a table of two. I highly recommend going down one exit to 218 to the Japanese Steak House. Extremely overpriced and underwhelming

We enjoy the food and service here every time we come. This was my first time ordering from the dine in menu because my daughter wanted ramen. She tried the beef ramen and loved it! My food was delicious as always.

Weird mandatory 18% tip with barely any service. The waiter only seated the 2 of us and asked for our drink. The staff didn’t inform us of any mandatory tipping before ordering food.

The worst customer service I’ve ever came encounter with. Huge group of 28 came to celebrate a birthday dinner here and we were told to line up so they could count everyone was there and when one was running behind we all had to sit and wait until they came in then once they walked us to our table after many minutes of arguing back and forth we then were trying to figure out where to sit and the waitress was apparently asking about needing a high chair and when she wasn’t and when she slung the chair, yelled at us and walked away. Be prepared for the worst customer service possible !!!!!!!!
