We have been sitting in this parking lot for 30 minutes..after going through drive thru...waiting on our food

My whole order was completely wrong. Ive called about 10 times nobody picked up the phone. It got to a point where i had to go call burger king to ask them to go check on thier neighbor to pick up thier phone, and they still wouldnt answer. This is ridiculous-

I went through the drive thru and ordered a wings and things bone in lemon pepper. Everything tasted like it was made in old/burnt grease. This location sucks! The last two times I’ve come here, it’s like they have food on standby for FOREVER. Tenders always cold and dry fries either too hard or not cooked enough.

We got 2 orders of 10 wings and it took an unusually long time to receive the wings so I don't know why they would be cold. The Zaxby fries were great! Drinks were good. I had a chocolate milkshake and it was very nice. I asked if the wings could be reheated and a team member took them and said he would take care of it. 10 min later, no wings. I was feeling frustrated with the service and requested a refund. Another team member wanted to make a pre-order, but I didn't have the time. I thought Zaxby's service would be stellar, but I was mistaken. It seemed like others food had a high wait time as well, but they can write their own review.

There was a big ass roach crawling up the wall inside the store, food was cold, and they didn't even zax sauce

I have been to this zaxbys twice for mobile orders and I have had a bad experience every time. Last time I waited over an hour for a mobile order. Today I had to wait 15 minutes despite having a mobile order and having waited the correct amount of time for it to be done before arriving. I didn’t get the extra sauce I paid for, nor forks even though I got loaded fries. I also didn’t get a straw for my drink.

Terrible service, I waited 40 mins for my food for my food to be cold mind you I was in the drive thru. Ivan who attended me decided to tell me that he couldn’t understand my “Mexican” referring to my accent

I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes after I ordered my food. There were not many cars in the parking lot or in the drive through. I was sent to wait in a parking spot, and asked several times what I ordered. This was a little ridiculous.

don’t go to this zaxbys. not only did we wait for 30 minutes at the drive thru, the lady who took our order asked if we were done after every single entree we ordered, and when trying to order dessert she cut me off and told me my total and to go to the window. we didn’t get a 15$ salad we ordered and no extra zac sauces we ordered. we ordered 4 zac snacks and a salad and 4 extra sauces (got none of them) and the fries were freezing and the bread was stale. chicken was awful as well. just go to the chick-fil-a down the street. don’t bother.

Just got home from spending 44$ on a zax pack and they only put 14 tenders in the box please cout food before giving it out
