Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Placed a curbside pickup order. Arrived and waited over 10 minute after checking in. I go inside to see what was going on and my order was sitting on the pickup shelf. Receipt clearly says curbside. Get the order home. Missing salad dressing and Zax sauce.. Do better!

I know that all Zaxby’s have gotten awful but good grief. This might be the worst Zaxby’s in existence. Since Covid, I’ve never had an order that was right off rip. Never been here for less than 10 minutes. Usually closer to 20 or 25. Never gotten quick or easy help with wrong orders. It’s truly abysmal. I’ve never seen a more consistently apathetic staff and management in any other Zaxby's or any restaurant for that matter. This and any other Zaxby’s under this ownership should be shut down and replaced with a restaurant worth its square footage. They just redid the building too. Thought that may signal some shift in quality or service, but no. I have tried ordering drive through, walking in, ordering on the app. Nothing is better. Almost always cold, small portioned, and wrong. Forget a refund if you get home before you check, it is not gonna happen. Best bet is to sit at the window and check everything. They will be upset but it beats anything else. Sad. I remember a better time but Zaxby's is never coming back and this one is chief among the pathetic. Oh well.

Bro why is the address hwy 81, when it is located on sr20?? I went all the way to lake Dow for my online order and turns out I actually ordered from this location. Great food/Servive when I got it but man yall need to change yall address so there won’t be no more confusion.

Jalen is the MAN!!! This guy needs to be the manager!! This guy took my order outside, took my payment at the window, then bought my food out to the car. GOAT material.

Every Zaxby’s I go to here in McDonough DT and inside are EXTREMELY SLOW. nothing like the ones I used to frequent back home in Atlanta. Maybe it’s the country area, nobody has a sense of urgency. But they could be better.
