This location is full of incompetent workers. Whether you get it delivered or pick it up. Order is ALWAYS messed up or I got old ssa fries. I’m calling corporate on Monday. How you forget the chicken for loaded chicken fries?????? It’s the main thing yall sale!!!!

Horrible serving. We ordered 50$ worth of food and got 25$ in return. Two 5 fried chicken meals with large fries and sause, drinks, etc. in the end we got 2, 3 fried chicken meals and one didnt even have fries, the other had small unseasoned fries. We will not be going to zaxbys anymore

Stopped here on 12/7...at the drive through.....there are 10 cars pulled up in parking spots waiting on food....absolutely ridiculous. This also happens at night and have drove awy without my order due to always being pulled to a parking spot to wait for food......this restaurant needs help!

I ordered a 5 finger plate and basically got a 5 nugget plate. Not cool

I do not appreciate that this Zaxby’s automatically upcharges for a large drink when you order a combo. I ordered a chicken finger plate, which is clearly listed as $9.99 on the sign, but when I got to the counter, the meal rang up as $10.34 because they added a large drink without asking. That means they’re involuntarily adding an extra $0.35 to every combo ordered, every day.

This feels dishonest and misleading. I value businesses that operate with integrity, and this location did not. I will not be returning, and I’d love to know whether this is a corporate policy or something the franchisee has chosen to do.

Worst zaxbys to ever exist, needs to be closed DOWN. Nasty, undercooked and completely got my entire order wrong and did nothing about it. And don’t comment back “sorry about your experience, go to blah blah.com” because idc. Just wanted to let people know to never come here. <333

One of the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to they are slow they part 10 cars just to get the orders out and then they get confused on who's older is who's and then on top of that they have to request to see your receipt just to see what you got before they can bring it out to you

Horrible customer service, I’ve went there multiple times ONLY BECAUSE I love Zaxbys. I can’t count how many times I saw workers chatting around while lines of people are waiting to pick up their orders including me. The last time I went they didn’t give me any of the sauces I got, and the food is always cold. And lord it took this lady 30 minutes to package my food just to miss items from the order and miss all the sauces, and when I went back to get the sauces, the worker had the audacity to ask me “You had a mobile order? Our sauce is 25 cents each!”

The only complaint is the area where you get your drinks and condements is to smell. I love Zaxby's. It just a small issue.

I would avoid this establishment. Coleslaw was warm, I have no idea how long it was sitting out of refrigeration but probably not safe to eat. Again no utensils or napkins in the bag. They're so many better choices for fast food. Avoid this place and you won't be disappointed.

We have been sitting in this parking lot for 30 minutes..after going through drive thru...waiting on our food
